Great job
Beau has been the technician to perform our maintenance the last few times and he’s awesome. Very professional and friendly. Does his job, explains what we need to know in plain language so we understand and then he’s on his way. Appreciate the folks at Action Air very much!
Always on time. Service men are nice and informative.
He was very professional.
Great company. Have been with Action Air for many years. Superb employees! Beau was my tech today. Checked everything and answered all of my questions! Very polite.
Technician was very good. He was on time, explained what he would do, and summarized what he did to fix my heat pump issue.
Luke came on time, went straight to work and advised all was good and the pressure was right on! Thank you!
I have been using Action Air for several years now for bi-annual maintenance on my home heating and AC systems. I just had my yearly furnace servicing done. Kyle did a great job and answered a number of heating related questions I had. Great Service Tech!
As a long time loyal customer, very pleased with all aspects of our relationship and interaction with the Action Air Team. From Nick, Tony, Luke to Mark at the Senior level, all positive experiences. Highly recommend them for their services.
Great service at a good value. No high-pressure sales or pushy sales techniques. Will continue to do business with this company, as they are very honest and great at what they do.
Very quick to respond, and very easy to work with. Would recommend them to anybody
We called because we noticed our A/C was not kicking in. This was when the temperatures had gone up quite a bit this past weekend, before they went down again. Adam was sent from Action Air and he found the problem fairly quickly. He told us the A/C locked up as a protective measure and explained why it happened. He…
We cannot recommend Action Air enough! We first used another "big name" company, but they failed to diagnose our failing furnace and then cornered us, trying to sell us service plans. We called AA for a second opinion. They were not only exceptionally knowledgable and professional, they also were not pushy and…
Very professional and knowledgeable
All the Techs have been very professional and cordial.
I called Action Air based on a referral and I’m so glad I did! They were much more responsive than other companies I called (entire problem resolved in under 48 hours during a heat wave). The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a range of solutions.
These guys are always great, service is impeccable, Josh always does a great job!
Josh is amazing!! He has helped us with problems for at least 13 years. Always efficient, informative and a gentleman. A special thanks to Mark for his kindness and consideration thru the years. Mary Jo Battreall
The Action Air guys were great. Super friendly and polite. Answered all my questions and were absolute professionals.
Mark at Action Air should be the face of the company! Mark is professional, knowledgeable, kind, prompt and has great communication. He was quick to get us a quote on a whole new HVAC system and get us approved for financing which was a giant worry off of our minds. Mark got us set up for install the very next…
Woke up without any heat. Called action air at about 7AM, explained the issue and they had the technician out by 10:30. He provided an honest assessment and provided me with my options. Once I told the technician I wanted a replacement with a few add ons he called the office and they scheduled the install for same…
Chris was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
Mark has serviced our furnaces for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We highly recommend Action Air!
Nick went above and beyond to explain the situation my system is in. He provided me three possible solutions with their associated price. Being with him, i feel he is patient and is taking his time helping me solve the problem in the most efficient and economic way. The information he provided alone worths hundreds of dollars.
Technician was professional, knowledgeable and provided options to consider.
Cody did a great job repairing my hot water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Hunter was very professional, knowledgeable, quick, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I would highly recommend Action Air and Hunter for your heating and air needs. Action originally installed my system, and it's saved about $500 a year in utility bills. I am signed up for their biannual checkup and clean.
So far, we're pretty happy with Action Air and the people. The price was pretty high, but we had a heat pump and the interior unit replaced. We're on total electric. The guys arrived, worked pretty quietly and neatly, and, when they were done, it all seemed to work. There was a mix up on our house, where they sent…
We woke up 2 days after moving into our new home with water leaking out of our HVAC system onto our floor. Kelton came out on a sunday morning and quickly diagnosed what the problem was, and educated me on how to prevent it. I got signed up for their maintenance program and the price is very reasonable for…

We have been service club members with Action Air for a few years now, and they were at our house today right after we called about the furnace going out. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and had a great approach to helping us thru the decision of replacing our whole HVAC system. He had previously installed a new…
