Jordan M. always exceeds my expectations! He brings useful information about my Furnace & A/C, he works clean & efficient, never a mess left behind. He is genuinely a friendly young man, I look forward to his visits.
Action Air always does a fantastic job on repairing my furnace. I am especially happy with my Technician, Josh H.. Josh always does a thorough job in record time.🤗 Josh has been here before, and he always displays the same professional courtesy. Josh explains everything completely, while giving you the best price…
I was so excited to discover that Action Air does plumbing! Replaced the joints in the leaking copper pipes. Excellent quality work at a fair price. Dustin was fast and friendly.
CJ was very knowledgeable and the consummate professional. He did not waste any time on the installation and was also very personable. It was obvious he has done many installations before. We have used Action Air for 12 years and have never been disappointed. I would highly Action Air for all of your HVAC needs.
We have been with Acton Air for many years, two different homes. Always responsive, timely and professional!! While furnace/air conditioner repair is always costly - their professionalism make the experience a pleasant one.
Always arrive quickly. Friendly and explain everything.
Ryan did a great job. Explained the issue I had, and gave me a report on it. Very happy with Action Air!
Both Josh and Kelton were wonderful to work with! Josh came out to give an estimate for purification installation and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them so kindly. I learned a lot about of a furnace, yesterday and I could tell that he was…
We cannot recommend Action Air enough! We first used another "big name" company, but they failed to diagnose our failing furnace and then cornered us, trying to sell us service plans. We called AA for a second opinion. They were not only exceptionally knowledgable and professional, they also were not pushy and…
I definitely recommend Action Air. Mark has been out twice and I've received nothing but great service so far! Everything was explained well and then fixed. :)
Adam was great very professional very knowledgeable easy to talk to I was very happy with the service
I've used action air for 2 years now. They're always on time and very good about making appointment times that work for me. They are friendly and good about explaining what is going on with my system.
He was on time, incredibly polite and fixed the issue in record time. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
Josh answered my Facebook ad late at night and was out within 30 minutes. Explained what was going on and gave us an affordable solution to make sure my family stays cool. We'll be using again!!!
Called company for maintenance on new home furnace. They were quick to respond and they are very reasonably priced. The technician even assisted with our thermostat. I am glad we called them and would recommend.

I was not an existing customer, but CJ was onsite within 2 hours and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. I greatly appreciate the fast response and quality of service
Professional and polite.
I was very satisfied with the service of Action Air. Jordan was pleasant and friendly...very knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what I said and should I need them again I will request him.
I first called Action Air for a drain clog. They were able to get out there the same day and they solved the issue. Then they recommended their annual service where they would winterize our systems and also get them ready for summer. It was affordable and they also schedule it so I don’t need to remember. Today…
Very good service.
Installed a nw water heater and water softner. Very professional, the entire job was completed in 3 hours.
Kelton came in on time, nice guy, didn't find anything wrong. Hope he was right!this time we ended up buying a complete new unit, it was time. They come Monday to install it. Nick responded this time, new furnace wasn't right, he worked it out , so far so good! Nice job Nick.👍
Jay did a great job! Was on time and professional. The Replacement cost for my condenser pump was a little higher than I was expecting but that’s not Jays fault.
We have been service club members with Action Air for a few years now, and they were at our house today right after we called about the furnace going out. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and had a great approach to helping us thru the decision of replacing our whole HVAC system. He had previously installed a new…
Quick service on a broken furnace. The unit is back up and running in 'limp mode' for now. Unfortunately the furnace is showing it's age and has more problems that make a complete replacement imminent - and I agree with the assessment. The tech was able to provide me with an estimate for replacement during his repair visit.
Signed up for bi annual service contract and very satisfied with this companies care. Wanted to shout out a huge thanks for the young courteous tech “Josh” for making it a quick easy fix and suggesting possible new allergy system for future set up maybe in summer. He was wearing his mask and shoe covers the entire…
Kelton was super efficient and very engaging! He quickly identified the issue, ran to get part from wholesaler and we were back in “Action” in no time!! Highly recommend their services!!
