Jordan M. always exceeds my expectations! He brings useful information about my Furnace & A/C, he works clean & efficient, never a mess left behind. He is genuinely a friendly young man, I look forward to his visits.
Action Air has kept us running comfortably and easily for years.
Great company. Have been with Action Air for many years. Superb employees! Beau was my tech today. Checked everything and answered all of my questions! Very polite.
Technician was very good. He was on time, explained what he would do, and summarized what he did to fix my heat pump issue.
Very quick to respond, and very easy to work with. Would recommend them to anybody
We called because we noticed our A/C was not kicking in. This was when the temperatures had gone up quite a bit this past weekend, before they went down again. Adam was sent from Action Air and he found the problem fairly quickly. He told us the A/C locked up as a protective measure and explained why it happened. He…
Nick was very professional and efficient. I did not feel pressured into replacing our hvac unit even though we did. Very pleased with the warranty as well.
What a great company to work with!!!!
We cannot recommend Action Air enough! We first used another "big name" company, but they failed to diagnose our failing furnace and then cornered us, trying to sell us service plans. We called AA for a second opinion. They were not only exceptionally knowledgable and professional, they also were not pushy and…
Mark at Action Air should be the face of the company! Mark is professional, knowledgeable, kind, prompt and has great communication. He was quick to get us a quote on a whole new HVAC system and get us approved for financing which was a giant worry off of our minds. Mark got us set up for install the very next…
Very happy with the service provided by Action Air today. They responded quickly & got our heating system running again on a very cold & snowy day!
Technician was professional, knowledgeable and provided options to consider.
Had a water spigot that needed to be replaced outside. Tyler and his associate had to get under the house to put in a new line also. It was tight but they made it work. Had it done an hour or so and also did another repair that they saw needed to be done and fixed it. I am very happy and satisfied with Action Air!
Nick came out for semi-annual service. He helped us understand ways we might be able to save on heating costs. We are investigating options discussed.

We have been service club members with Action Air for a few years now, and they were at our house today right after we called about the furnace going out. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and had a great approach to helping us thru the decision of replacing our whole HVAC system. He had previously installed a new…
