The service is great. Greg is very professional and worked diligently to solve the problem we were having with our dishwasher. He had to come back 3 times to address our dishwasher due to the fact that each time the fix brought to light another issue. I so appreciate his patience and working until all issues were fixed. It's horrible experience to use this contractor. I found it by google and found all 5 star reviews. But my experience is horrible. $100 for service trip charge, and find no problem at all. Asking us to repair this and that without telling what's the root problem of dishwasher. and then left. Never use it again.

Greg came out to my house and spent the whole time teaching me about the appliances while he was repairing them. He even shared a special tool so that I can remove the ceiling of my refrigerator in the event I need to do that in the future. I will certainly be using them again
