I contacted Action Appliance about my dryer not heating. The repairman was here for 12 minutes and made $150 to tell me that my heating element needed to be replaced and that it would cost $515.00 which is the price of getting a whole new dryer. I found the part on Amazon, paid $30 and my neighbor installed it for free. I just hate that I wasted $150.

Was told the Washer was a total loss, as the cost of the repair was greater than a replacement cost - BUT did not get a list of What was Tested, What was Broken, the Pricing to Replace or Repair each. So We Are Finding other business to Confirm
