Excellent service
Jimmy from Action Appliance has repairs my dryer last year and my washing machine this year. He’s amazing. So friendly and helpful.
The service is great. Greg is very professional and worked diligently to solve the problem we were having with our dishwasher. He had to come back 3 times to address our dishwasher due to the fact that each time the fix brought to light another issue. I so appreciate his patience and working until all issues were fixed. Great job and excellent service !!
We’ve used Action Appliance a few times, & they are always knowledgeable & professional.
Benjamin went above and beyond when fixing my dishwasher. He was prompt efficient and very knowledgeable.
Robert has provided repair service for us twice. He is prompt, professional and personable. We have always been very pleased with his honest appraisal of the repair needed. We will definitely use Action again!
Just got a quote from Action Appliance Repair to replace 1 piece of plastic for our dishwasher, AAR said they'd have to replace all 4 parts. Quote $511! to replace plastic on the top rack of our dishwasher. What a JOKE! We are buying the whole rack for $50 online. Please make sure you avoid this company at all…
Benjamin repaired my dishwasher and diagnosed a problem with my washing machine . He was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions . VERY customer focused . My first time using Action Appliance repair and I loved their service. Excellent !
Prompt service and the technician knew his way around the machine. 10/10. Highly recommend.
We had an AMAZING experience with this company. They came within 24 hours of contacting, fixed the heating element to our dishwasher and the water line to our refrigerator in literal 10 minutes. Great price for the work as well. Greg was super nice, very fast, clean, and efficient. This will be our appliance repair…
Oscar was thorough & professional. Will use company again.
I was originally quoted $433.00 to repair my dishwasher. After speaking with David he was honest and transparent about being misquoted on the cost of the replacement part. He made things right. I will continue to use Action Appliance Repair.
Extremely professional, on time and knowledgeable!
Highly recommend!! I called Action Appliance Repair to fix my dishwasher & they had Greg come out the next day, they asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which suited me. They gave me a quote before arriving, which I appreciate, with no upselling. Greg was very efficient & courteous. Communication was good…
Benjamin was efficient. Fixed me right up. Would use again
Had this company come out to repair dishwasher. Guy came out and gave brief summary of what he thought was wrong. Drainage issues and small amount of water at the base. Said it needed to dry for 4-5 days and he will come back out. Didn't even bother checking to see why it was draining. He told me to check the p trap…
Action Appliance was fantastic to work with. They communicated well when I was scheduling a repair appointment, were on time, very professional and completed the work satisfactory at a fair price. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future
Pleasant and efficient. Provided additional information about the appliance we didn't know. Very helpful
On time! Quick and friendly service. Showed integrity letting me know that if his repair doesn’t work, the manufacturer will send “their own people” to replace a different part. He didn’t try to sell me parts and services I didn’t need.
We were referred to Action Appliance repair by our plumber. We are glad he did. Greg came out in the evening to fix our dishwasher not draining. He diagnosed and fix it within 30 minutes. Our fridge had also stopped cooling and because ice was forming in places that prevented him from working on it, he shut it off…
Excellent service! We had a dishwasher needing repair. Our tech was educated and quick to solve our issue. Would highly recommend!
Benjamin was on time and quick and explained things very well. Good experience.
FAST and friendly and found the problem immediately.
They were prompt, professional, well priced, and were able to diagnose and fix my dishwasher in under 30 min. Benjamin was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him/them again!
Benjamin was our repair person and he was wonderful. He explained all part of his work and even adjusted the drain line from the dishwasher to prevent the drain line from backing up. This has been our second time using Action Appliance Repair and they have been great to work with!
Benjamin with Action Appliance repair was prompt, polite and honest about what we needed to do about our dishwasher. I appreciated it a lot and would recommend this company to others.
I am a contractor in town and I have run the gamut in DFW with appliance repair companies. I have been disappointed in all of them except for Action. Deimy and his crew are top notch. By far the best to work with, without a doubt. Highly communicative, highly knowledgeable, on time, and gets the job done right. Will continue to send them all my work.
It's horrible experience to use this contractor. I found it by google and found all 5 star reviews. But my experience is horrible. $100 for service trip charge, and find no problem at all. Asking us to repair this and that without telling what's the root problem of dishwasher. and then left. Never use it again.
Greg came out and installed a new user interface on my Bosch dishwasher. He was on time and very courteous and professional. He got my dishwasher working in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Action.
Greg came out to my house and spent the whole time teaching me about the appliances while he was repairing them. He even shared a special tool so that I can remove the ceiling of my refrigerator in the event I need to do that in the future. I will certainly be using them again
Honest, quick, no complaints whatsoever.
Very professional team that showed up as scheduled and clearly addressed the problems. They also followed social distancing and wore a mask. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
Excellent service! A service tech named Greg repaired my dishwasher. He texted before arriving and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and outlined my options. He then completed my repair in minutes. Greg arrived gloved, masked and with shoe coverings. He was respectful of health, safety and…
This is our second time using Action Appliance and they are one of the best home service companies we have ever used. They promptly respond to all communications, they are on time, their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. My favorite thing about them is they are sensitive to the needs of the owner and…
Great communication and showed up even earlier than expected. Worker was courteous and experienced and gave me what I thought were honest opinions on my repair and future appliance purchases. Highly recommend.
Dishwasher wouldn’t turn on. Action Appliance went the extra mile to get us scheduled right away. Greg was very knowledgeable about our model, and was able to figure out the problem quickly. Parts needed to repair got too expensive to make it worth it, so we didn’t have them finish the repair. But trip charge was…
Technician was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the results of his analysis of the problem and provided and estimate for repair. I would request him if I needed a major appliance technician in the future.
They were prompt, courteous, and explained what they were doing. They tested everything thoroughly, and even waited for the dishwasher cycle to complete, so they can accurately diagnose the problem. Wore masks, gloves. Excellent company, and professional.
Excellent service! Dependable, honest, quick! Highly recommended.
Greg arrived early, explained what he was looking for and what he found and wore a mask the entire time in the house...which I know is a pain, but appreciated, and gave me repair costs and timelines before he left
