I am a contractor in town and I have run the gamut in DFW with appliance repair companies. I have been disappointed in all of them except for Action. Deimy and his crew are top notch. Deimy was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Our refrigerator has been "serviced" previously with no resolution for no ice/water and a problem with freezing water. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue and had everything working properly. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely use again.
