Greg from Action Appliance Repair was very professional and knowledgeable when he came to fix the water dispenser on my refrigerator. He not only diagnosed the problem but thoroughly tested everything before ordering the part and coming back to replace it. Thanks very much.
The service is great. Greg is very professional and worked diligently to solve the problem we were having with our dishwasher. He had to come back 3 times to address our dishwasher due to the fact that each time the fix brought to light another issue. I so appreciate his patience and working until all issues were fixed. Great job and excellent service !!
Had a refrigerator stop working. They were the easiest company to get a hold of the following morning (via text) and were able to come out that day. The service technician was efficient and very knowledgeable.
Refrigerator not cooling; tech quickly found the problem, and corrected it. He even arrived early.
Great service as always! Very practical in explaining what can be fixed at lowest cost. Do great work.
I used Action Appliance for the first time two days ago. John appeared at the very beginning of the window of time I’d been given. My ice maker was not working. He took my refrigerator and freezer apart to determine the problem, including leaking water from underneath. My appliance is not easy—double door top…
I give this company one star and do not recommend them at all! I called them to look at my LG refrigerator because it was not cooling at all. The technician showed up on time and spent 2 min inspecting the refrigerator and letting me know the compressor was bad, it will cost $1800-$1900 to repair it! I bought the…
Robert has provided repair service for us twice. He is prompt, professional and personable. We have always been very pleased with his honest appraisal of the repair needed. We will definitely use Action again!
Action and their employees are the best around. Prices are fair and so friendly and helpful. They can fix anything
Quick and easy scheduling. Technician was on time and very courteous. They had the parts on the truck to repair my ice maker on the spot. In and out in an hour and a half. Excellent service!
My first experience with action appliance and I was very pleased! They officially diagnosed the problem and ordered a part to work with all within a week!!
I had compressor issues with our LG refrigerator. Action Appliance Repair was very prompt in scheduling a diagnostic call, and later installation of the compressor. LG was difficult to deal with but Ashley (Action Appliance) was patient throughout the process. The technician, Jesse, was very thorough and…
You all are the very best!!! Deimy and team do a great job at a fair price. Greg was excellent today, very professional and kind.
They were actually earlier than estimated, were able to look over the refrigerator and verify what I thought was the issue. Very quick, thorough and professional
They were able to get someone to my house the day after i called (not an emergency). David was extremely professional, punctual, and quickly figured out the problem with my refrigerator. Turned out to be an issue with my electrical outlet. Will definitely call them again.
Good communication. Arrived as expected for appointment time. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Fixed the problem. Thank you!
Sim honestos y excelentes; he puesto un review también en Inglés.
Very friendly, knowledgeable! Fixes our issues and made good recommendations. On time service.
Deimy was extremely helpful and professional. If I have anything needing repairs he will be the one I call.
Prompt and professional service! I will use them for all my managed properties.
Very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. Very likely to use their service again.
Dryer fixed! Yes! Thank you so much.
Knew exactly what the issue was. Told me number to call (Sears) and what info I would need. If Sears supplies the part, they can come back and fix it and the service call fee is deducted from that visit.
We were referred to Action Appliance repair by our plumber. We are glad he did. Greg came out in the evening to fix our dishwasher not draining. He diagnosed and fix it within 30 minutes. Our fridge had also stopped cooling and because ice was forming in places that prevented him from working on it, he shut it off…
Greg was eager to give wise tidbits of knowledge and he resolved our ice maker concerns. Smart, helpful guy!
Needed repair to 1 yr old refrigerator that was making a loud noise. The noise would not reproduce when the technician came so he waited until he could trigger it to generate the noise again and he did. The repair was simpler than initially thought. Professional, knowledgeable, and wears a mask. Very good value.
David was fantastic. Went above and beyond.
Quick service, professional, quality work, and reasonably priced. Recommended and will use again in the future if needed.
David came out to the house again today for some follow up repair on our Frigidaire refrigerator. He replaced a part for the ice/water dispenser on the door. David is so knowledgeable on these appliances. I trust him and Action Appliance 100% for my appliance service needs.
I am a contractor in town and I have run the gamut in DFW with appliance repair companies. I have been disappointed in all of them except for Action. Deimy and his crew are top notch. By far the best to work with, without a doubt. Highly communicative, highly knowledgeable, on time, and gets the job done right. Will continue to send them all my work.
Professional, excellent communication and quality service.
David was awesome. Very professional young man. I would highly recommend him and Action Appliance!
David showed up on time and was so helpful. He didn’t see an issue at first and he kept working until he detected the issue. Once he detected the issue he fixed it in a timely manor. Highly suggest ! Pretty affordable.
David and Isaac were efficient and professional, explained the problem well, answered all of my questions, and gave me advice on maintaining my old refrigerator. They were personable and courteous and I will be using Action Appliance Repair in the future.
Our technician was masterful in quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem with our loud refrigerator! I'm so pleased!
Greg was great!! Let us know he was on his way each time. He was very professional and got the job done right. Thank you so much!!
The service call with Greg was very professional and fast. The total bill was $200 less than what another company had quoted! Greg was friendly and even put up with my Great Dane trying to help him inside the refrigerator! Thank you for excellent service!
Greg came out to my house and spent the whole time teaching me about the appliances while he was repairing them. He even shared a special tool so that I can remove the ceiling of my refrigerator in the event I need to do that in the future. I will certainly be using them again
The repairmen were knowledgeable, nice respectful. I will recommend them to others. 😊
Have used them several times and would not call anyone else. They are honest, do an excellent job and very reasonable.
Great service! Greg came out to service my broken Refrigerator. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the part and fix the issue within a couple of days. He showed up on time, was very professional, and fixed my problem without any issues or delay!

Best repair service I have ever dealt with. They communicated multiple times and arrived on time. Contacted me prior to visit an was able to pre diagnose my refrigerator/freezer problem from the pictures I sent. Therefore, Greg came with the right parts for my Samsung and fixed it on the first visit. Greg also…
Outstanding service!
Very professional people. Really satisfied with the customer service
I highly recommend action appliance! They were prompt, polite, efficient and affordable.
Deimy was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Our refrigerator has been "serviced" previously with no resolution for no ice/water and a problem with freezing water. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue and had everything working properly. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely use again.
Greg was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He wore a mask the whole time in our house. He had our ice maker working in short order. He found a connector not connected. Only charged the service fee. I will definitely use Action Appliance again!
