Needed repair to 1 yr old refrigerator that was making a loud noise. The noise would not reproduce when the technician came so he waited until he could trigger it to generate the noise again and he did. The repair was simpler than initially thought. Greg came out to my house and spent the whole time teaching me about the appliances while he was repairing them. He even shared a special tool so that I can remove the ceiling of my refrigerator in the event I need to do that in the future. I will certainly be using them again

Deimy was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Our refrigerator has been "serviced" previously with no resolution for no ice/water and a problem with freezing water. Within minutes, he had diagnosed the issue and had everything working properly. 10/10 would recommend and absolutely use again.
