Greg, the Service Tech, was professional, carefully reviewed the problem and offered me a solution. I very much appreciated Greg’s in-depth advice and tips.
Deimy was extremely helpful and professional. If I have anything needing repairs he will be the one I call.
Benjamin was promptly on time and did thorough inspection and made a good recommendation for the repair.
Contacted these folks on amateur and had a tech Mon morning. David was there during the time scheduled. Very pleasant and professional young man who did everything he could to repair my oven. Unfortunately, unable to but not from his lack of trying. Parts needed for the repair are no longer available. Would definitely call these folks again.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also on time and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the electrical issue with my Thermador oven as well as a mini fridge that wasn’t cooling. I am a contractor in town and I have run the gamut in DFW with appliance repair companies. I have been disappointed in all of them except for Action. Deimy and his crew are top notch. By far the best to work with, without a doubt. Highly communicative, highly knowledgeable, on time, and gets the job done right. Will continue to send them all my work.
Arrived within scheduled window. Problem was a thermal overload switch (which I suspected). They had to remove wall oven to get to it. Once the oven was out, they diagnosed it quickly, reset it and all is well. They did not try to sell me parts I did not need. These are good people.
Have used them several times and would not call anyone else. They are honest, do an excellent job and very reasonable.
