Jimmy is fantastic. He asked pertinent questions and explained what the issues were. Also taught me what I can do to improve the life of my washer/dryer and get the most out of them. No extra add ins just a down to earth approach for reasonable charge. Highly recommend.
Fast, quality, trustworthy and affordable service. They got me an appointment the next day, and the technician was super pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes based on his years of experience and fixed it within an hour. I highly recommend them.
Called AAR, they responded quickly with an over the phone ballpark estimate for the symptoms we were having with our washing machine. Jimmy came out the next business day and went right to work with a great attitude, some tips on maintenance and left the work area as clean as before. We highly recommend this company and will work with again if needed.
