Action appliance is the only company I would ever use for my appliances. Diemy it’s beyond honest, he’s fair, he’s professional, and all of his guys that work for him are just as terrific and professional. I can only give Five stars to this company; I wish I could give him 10. Thank you.
Excellent service and response time. Very helpful and a wealth of knowledge They will be my go to Company for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!
Jimmy is fantastic. He asked pertinent questions and explained what the issues were. Also taught me what I can do to improve the life of my washer/dryer and get the most out of them. No extra add ins just a down to earth approach for reasonable charge. Highly recommend.
Fast, quality, trustworthy and affordable service. They got me an appointment the next day, and the technician was super pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes based on his years of experience and fixed it within an hour. I highly recommend them.
Called AAR, they responded quickly with an over the phone ballpark estimate for the symptoms we were having with our washing machine. Jimmy came out the next business day and went right to work with a great attitude, some tips on maintenance and left the work area as clean as before. We highly recommend this company and will work with again if needed.
I have used Action Appliance Repair several times. They respond quickly and arrive on time. Repairs have been good jobs for a good value. They are very nice and professional! Recently, Jimmy fixed our dryer and was knowledgeable, polite, did a great job!
Jimmy was great in keeping me informed of the issue and explaining options. He was very personable and was early in the 2 visits he made to my home. I would use Action Appliance again without hesitation.
Excellent Service!! I called for service on my 13 year old washing machine. Deimy took time to talk through it on the phone with me to decide if it was worth it to have a service call. This company will now be at the top of my list should I ever need help. My partner and I stayed up until midnight trying to fix it using google and YouTube to no…
Greg came out to repair washer but nothing was wrong other than the water needed to be turned on.. still professional, on time, very responsive!
Excellent service! Our problem with our Samsung Washing Machine started on Friday and Jimmy came out to diagnose the issue on the same day. He was quick, honest and informative in his assessment. He educated us so much on all the things we should be keeping in mind to make our machine last longer. He also picked up…
Just got a quote from Action Appliance Repair to replace 1 piece of plastic for our dishwasher, AAR said they'd have to replace all 4 parts. Quote $511! to replace plastic on the top rack of our dishwasher. What a JOKE! We are buying the whole rack for $50 online. Please make sure you avoid this company at all…
What a great experience! Jimmy was very detailed in his work. Found the washer issue and replaced the part in a timely manner. I will definitely call on Action Appliance Repair for all my appliance needs.

Professional, on time. Kept me up to date on all services being performed and why.
Two men Benjamin and Michael were on time and very professional. I have LG washer and the dryer is stacked on top of the washer, very heavy but they took it off and we’re very careful. They fixed my leaking hose and I needed a new pump. The price was very fair and they were finished in an hour. Highly recommend them…

Deimy was so thorough. Took his time & checked out the washer. Found several issues contributing to our problems. His goal was to fix as inexpensively as possible. Would definitely call him again in future.
Jimmy was OUTSTANDING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Action Appliance Repair for both its fair pricing policy and excellent timely service. The service call fee is included in the final repair cost rather than in addition to the repair. In short, they saved me at least $500 with the repair vs. a new washer.
Technician Jimmy did a wonderful job fixing our washer and educating us about how it operates and how we can ensure it continues to work well in the future.
Service was done very professionally, the communication was great, price was very competitive and the technician was friendly and professional.

I am a contractor in town and I have run the gamut in DFW with appliance repair companies. I have been disappointed in all of them except for Action. Deimy and his crew are top notch. By far the best to work with, without a doubt. Highly communicative, highly knowledgeable, on time, and gets the job done right. Will continue to send them all my work.
I’ve used Action Appliance three times - for a microwave, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. Each time the tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. They explained everything and left the work area clean. I’ll certainly use them again.

Very responsive and fast service.
When your washing machine stops working, you realize how much you take it for granted. We needed it fixed ASAP. I put in my request on Sunday, and Jimmy came out the next day during the two-hour window promised. He was thoroughly professional. He explained what he thought the problem likely was (based on the…

Jimmy and Deimy were EXCELLENT. They responded quickly to my problem, respected my home, and did not take the easy way out by saying "I can't find the problem". Jimmy was very detailed in his approach and found the very small, hidden leak. I would use them for anything!
Excellent service by great people. They really know what they’re doing. Will definitely use them again.
Their communication was great, they arrived early, fixed the issue and spent time educating us on how to reduce the chances of future issues with it as well as other major appliances. Fair price and definitely recommend them.
