Adams is a good company. I have been using them for years for termites. I would recommend them . However this past inspection wasn't the best experience. Every year they contact me to let me know they are coming to do the inspections. Also will call me after to let me know if there is some activity or it is good. I was about to go into surgery. When i was waiting I received a call from a kid saying he is at one of my rentals. "It was my place"and asked me if I can get the dog that is barking at him outside. He said the barking is hurting my ears. my response is are you seriously calling me because a dog barking is hurting your ears? He said yes!!. Then I said do your job or get a different job. Never have I heard that excuse From someone that there job requires them to go to a residences homes and be around animals. As a business owner I cant believe this kid representing this company would call and disturb a customer for no legitimate reason what so ever. A dog barking is not a reason to call.
I never received a call after inspections of my properties. Also not all the termite stations was opened and checked so I know that I didnt get a full Inspection of at least 1 of my properties.
One bad employee can make a good company look bad. Especially when they don't do there job. I paid for the full Inspection not half of a inspection. So why did i get a half way done Inspection? I dont know . I will have to say this is the first year I was very unhappy with the service provided by who they sent. The office staff was good to deal with. We will see what they will do. I will give another review to let you know what they do to resolve this.

Hey Mr. Colby, we are happy to do a quality control for the Sentricon Bait Stations, but all the stations were scanned in and checked with their barcodes. Please give us a call and we can have our termite manger go out and make sure that this was not an error!
