Alex was excellent and went above and beyond to be able to fix our toilet same day. He gave us great advice and we will be using him in the future. He also helped our senior neighbor with his groceries when he ran into him in the stairwell.

Advanced Plumbing rescued us again, and again, for a reasonable price. They got here within a couple hours of my call and replaced a leaking toilet-fill valve assembly. Kind and friendly too! Keeping them on Speed-Dial!
Excellent Plumber
These are the only plumbers in SF worth calling. Hands down the best in the city.
Polite and quickly resolved the issue.
We had a serious leak under our kitchen sink 2 days before Christmas. Again Advanced Plumbing was quick to respond. They are easy to communicate with and have great people. This time we had Dean, who was quick, efficient, and personable. He fixed the sink and several other issues that we had been living with for a…
I was kind of dreading calling any plumber but chose Advanced Plumbing and Drain based on their great Google reviews. They were very helpful on the phone, gave me a heads up they could arrive early, which I was really grateful for, taught me some things I didn't realize about plumbing (!) and Alex did an excellent,…
Great service
Wow, Alex and Advanced Plumbing truly came through in a clutch for me and my sad little toilet in an older San Francisco building. I have one of those tankless toilets that could barely flush a single piece of one ply TP I was in a tight timeline to get this fixed and another plumber had already tried failed and…
I have used Advanced Plumbing for several services over the years - toilet repair, faucet installation and repairs, and biggest was an emergency replacement of the water heater. Shout out to Gabriel and Nick for being so responsive and found excellent work including clean-up after the job is done! Update Jan 7,…

Alex was busy so Gabrael came. He replaced the tank float and removed a nickel out of the garbage disposal, thank goodness we didn't have to replace it. He was smiley, friendly, and professional. Now we can request 2 people.
These guys were great. Easy to work with and good price. They were able to come out and fix my problem within a couple of hours. Very responsive which gives me peace of mind now. Thanks.

Alex from Advanced Plumbing and Drain was amazing! He arrived promptly, was kind and professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with each issue. NEW REVIEW: the first rain of the season caused our main plumbing line to slowly drain and back up in our garage. Ron Kapah was not only professional, but committed to clearing the 122ft of line through copper and terracotta pipes. On day one a snake was tried and the line was not completely cleared. The next…
I'm a repeat customer. They fixed something that I hired a "handyman" to do previously (and ended up messing up our plumbing). Happy to have advanced plumbing & drain fix up his mess. Not so cheap, but very worth it.
Ron is terrific. He was polite, fast, and effective
I had a number of projects that were piling up and needed to get done. My technician, Ron, breezed through them with speed and ease, he had a complete knowledge of each project, knew exactly what to do, finished quickly and at a reasonable price. Ron was a real professional, as well as friendly and respectful. I…
Excellent timely response, very professional, great communication. Toilet tank gasket and also had to access behind the wall where he added a shut off valve that is now accessible The house is old, the bathroom was not done correctly. I appreciate the communication! Very quick response and work
Ron Kapah was courteous and competent.
Jeremy replaced a broken fill valve I had. He was fantastic, courteous and polite, and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely be glad to hire him again if I needed something.
Wall hung toilet wasn’t flushing well. Gabriel made some adjustments and we’ll see if that helps. He was on time, courteous, and helpful. Keep this team in my contacts for future issues!

Jeremy did a thorough job: discussing his repair-plan and describing the potential costs. He worked without interruption. He was courteous and left the project areas clean. He was on time and communicated via text about his timing. I would recommend Advanced plumbing and Drain.
Good work, friendly.
Gabriel was professional, and most importantly honest about what we needed. He didn't try to upsell us to incur additional costs. I would call them again next time.
Very professional and prompt!
I have used Advance Plumbing a few times as of late and they have responded promptly and efficiently. I needed a faucet repair and then a toilet repair in the course of one month. I find them to be prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. As a property owner in San Francisco it can be challenging to find…
Lucky I stumbled upon Nick and got his card! We're in the middle of a lot of different work (toilet, sink, shower and sewer) and I have been really impressed with his professionalism, diligence and efforts to troubleshoot the list of repairs in a sensible manner. My impression is he works really hard to find the…
