After a long and frustrating experience with another company, working with John from Advanced Sewer and Drain was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and correctly. Not only was John incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process, but his pricing was more than fair. Another company quoted me anywhere from $7,500 to $20,000 for the same issue. John came out, thoroughly inspected the line, showed me exactly what he was seeing on the camera, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the work for just $325. At first, such a significant price difference might make some people hesitant, but after seeing the quality of John's work firsthand, I can confidently say he exceeded every expectation. He arrived on time, communicated before arriving, walked me through the entire process, and had everything completed in about an hour. What impressed me most was his honesty. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need—he simply identified the problem and fixed it. That level of integrity is hard to find. From now on, John will be my first call for any sewer or drain issues. I highly recommend him and Advanced Sewer and Drain to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service. Thank you, John, for such an outstanding experience!
