AF appliance representative Shako was amazing. he showed up on time, confirmed what was wrong with the fridge and reset the system. he charged a service call fee to f $99 which he said he'd take off the bill if he had to come back because reset didn't work. thankfully it did work and everything is fine. AF Appliance did a great job fixing my fridge. The technician showed up on time, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and had it working again pretty quickly. Pricing was fair, and overall I’m happy with the service
