Had to have an exterior spigot repaired, the plumber they sent over installed a new spigot and added in a new shut off valve for free. Service is excellent, I would use these guys again.

Ryan, Clay and Kami are great. They came to my house within one hour of my call. They resolved my sprinkler system issue in less than an hour! Amazing! I liked their service so much I had them come in and install a Water Softener and Iron Filter! Affinity has done a great job trying to resolve our well water issues.

Affinity was easy and friendly to schedule with, they arrived on time (30min service window, not a 5 hour time period where they might show up,) were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us diagnose and solve our problem. I will be calling them for every plumbing issue I need in the future and will recommend them to others.
Kurt and Clay were awesome! They were on time, provided a thorough estimate, then came back and did what they said they wood. Kurt was knowledgeable, creative and was able to provide information about maintenance and upkeep. Everyone I dealt with at this company was professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

The Technician that made the repairs did so very professionally with minimal intrusiveness to our business operations.
