Trent worked on our kitchen sink. He was able to quickly find the issue and fix it. He was very professional and personable. No problems since! Thank you!
Mike was so kind, patient, experienced, and knowledgeable. He walked me through multiple options to try to fit in my limited budget. He went above and beyond to ensure his work was done well and looked good afterwards. He even scrubbed my old parts as clean as he could get them.

I needed to replace toilet connectors in all of my bathrooms from plastic to something more sturdy. Alex did a thorough and quick job in replacing them and assisted in troubleshooting a ghost flushing toilet and difficulty in shutting off water. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining.
We are always impressed with the quality of service we receive from the professionals at Affinity, and today was no different. Outstanding service. Mike was extremely patient and helpful helping us decide on first replacing a faucet and then choosing one from the materials he displayed. He then did a very professional job installing same.
