Trent worked on our kitchen sink. He was able to quickly find the issue and fix it. He was very professional and personable. No problems since! Thank you!
Mike was so kind, patient, experienced, and knowledgeable. He walked me through multiple options to try to fit in my limited budget. He went above and beyond to ensure his work was done well and looked good afterwards. He even scrubbed my old parts as clean as he could get them.
We had a great experience, especially with Mike. They came out to fix a leaking shower and replaced the valve and stem system. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly considerate of our situation. We had a very sick family member in the house who might need to use the restroom during the repair, so…
We’ve used Affinity several times throughout the years. Recently I called them out with a steady stream leaking from the bathtub faucet. It was 12:00 and they were able to get me a 1-4 time frame that same day and the Laynee came at 1:00. Talk about fast service! She was friendly and took care of replacing the…
Laynee was great. Knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. Will hire again.
Timely, thorough, polite and professional!

I needed to replace toilet connectors in all of my bathrooms from plastic to something more sturdy. Alex did a thorough and quick job in replacing them and assisted in troubleshooting a ghost flushing toilet and difficulty in shutting off water. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining.
We are always impressed with the quality of service we receive from the professionals at Affinity, and today was no different. Kurt identified and walked us through the problem, he was very knowledgeable and also recommended additional updates we could do in our home for better performance and efficiency, but…
Very satisfied - arrived on time - reasonable rates - Mike did a great job and explained everything.
Outstanding service. Mike was extremely patient and helpful helping us decide on first replacing a faucet and then choosing one from the materials he displayed. He then did a very professional job installing same.
From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment the job was finished, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and quick! Kurt, our plumbing guy, explained the problem and gave us options, completed the job and even answered a couple of questions regarding other concerns. We…

Very helpful in working together to expedite a solution to an urgent water issue!
The plumber that came was knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He shared details with me along the way and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. When he left I felt very comfortable with the work he did and why he did it. I will definitely use Affinity again for my plumbing needs.
We had a laundry tub, faucet, and drain installation. It was quite a job to remove the old concrete one, but our plumber worked fast and kept things clean as he disposed of it. I was pleased with the price and willl use Affinity again for all my plumbing needs.
As previously stated, I found Affinity plumbing through customer reviews and specifically requested that Kurt be the plumber assigned for our problem. I just happened to notice my water main shut-off valve was dripping at about 10am, called Affinity and she said she'd add me to the schedule, then said it would be about noon before they could get here. At 12:05 Ryan arrived and by 2pm he was done with my service! Thank you. We also discussed a couple other tasks I…
After trying to fix a slow leaking outside water spigot I had Affinity Plumbing (a local company) come to check it out. Mike who showed up was wonderful and explained on either using what I had bought with no warranty or using their own faucet. Since I had the sheetrock cut along with few other things done, he…
Plumbing tech was great. Explained what he was doing and why. Personable and friendly.
Really happy with the services I recieved. I was notified when the the technician was enrolled to my house which was great having to work around some meetings. The technician Alex was very professional and took the time to explain the options for repair before getting to work.
Mike came to repair a burst pipe on one of my spigots (frost free) as a small leak on the exterior valve of the other spigot. I called yesterday and Affinity was able to fit me in this morning. John arrived on time and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to give me options. He even provided a resource for water damage clean-up. He is a great plumber and I will surely ask for him if I need a plumber in the future.

Carl was very good at diagnosing the problem. three other plumbers had been out (from other companies) and none were able to find what he found. did a great job with the repair. I am extremely happy that I called your company for this job.
Affinity was easy and friendly to schedule with, they arrived on time (30min service window, not a 5 hour time period where they might show up,) were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us diagnose and solve our problem. I will be calling them for every plumbing issue I need in the future and will recommend them to others.
Eric was earnest but was not able to find the source of our leak.
John was friendly, polite, professional and explained everything that needed to be done before doing it. He then did the repairs and explained everything he had done when he finished. I will call Affinity if I ever have plumbing needs again.
Great work and great guys!
