Kurt was so informative and up front about everything. I did not once feel like I was being forced to buy up or make any unnecessary spending. I will definitely recommend to others and use again when the need arises
Alex was amazing AGAIN!!! Had our utility sink replaced and the tub faucet repaired. During the repair Alex left no stone unturned. Others could have take shortcuts and moved on. He was very through! Went the extra step to make sure it was done correctly! Will Definitely Refer!!!
Kurt and team did an incredible job. They took the time to walk through all the options and made sure everything was done right. Quality work at a fair price. Affinity is my go to plumbing provider!

He made sure to point out any new areas of concern, clearly explained our options, and worked with us to get everything repaired at a reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent and we…
I called Affinity to get a quote for closing off a water line and drain. Jane got me on the schedule and was very nice to speak with as the first point of contact. She also added me to the wait list in the event of an earlier opening. By the next day, there was an opening and Jane was quick to reach out and get me…
Quick rebuild of the sink plumbing. Clean, efficient and looks great.
Mike is a great guy. Knows his stuff. Quick efficient and tidy.
Mike C was my plumber and he was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the the process and navigated with the city regarding getting my water turned off. I highly recommend Mike!
Mike was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, efficient and a breeze to work with. He completed several plumbing tasks from basic to complex, even offering solutions that were in my interest when he could have just as easily sold more work and charged me more. The two office staff were also excellent. I was referred to them…
The plumber was great, the bid was over the top, I could have bought a new vehicle instead, denied the work and paid 79 dollars for that alone, if you're rich it's no problem, if your middle class go without outside water.
I can not say enough amazing things about Mike and Affinity. Mike explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Mike enstalled a new water heater, softener, toilet, water lines for the washer, a new outdoor spickit and cleaned the valves for the washer AND my back water spickit! A lot!! Mike was…
I had Affinity Plumbing out to check my water softener and a hose bib that were hit by a car crashing into my garage. Carl, a union trained and licensed plumber was professional, clean, efficient and didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need just because it was an insurance claim. I would highly recommend them as well as use them again. A+
Great plumber! Got to my house in a timely manner and got the job done very efficiently. He had to deal with a bit of a tough access to the leaking valve that needed repairing, and to put it succinctly, he made it look easy!
Second time I’ve had Affinity out in the last few years. Extremely reliable and very reasonable cost. Jane was extremely helpful in getting someone out timely and Alex B was fantastic. Highly recommend!
We are always impressed with the quality of service we receive from the professionals at Affinity, and today was no different. Kurt identified and walked us through the problem, he was very knowledgeable and also recommended additional updates we could do in our home for better performance and efficiency, but…

Mike was very polite, friendly and professional. He came in and wrote up a couple of different options for the needed repair. Once selected, he got right to work and was completed in about an hour. He kept the work area clean and gave a few suggestions on other things I can do to avoid future problems. I recommend Mike and Affinity plumbing.

Able to get an appointment the next business day. Plumber was early (after asking), installed new washer faucets and hoses efficiently, set up new washer, was personable, and even moved old washer to garage.
Mike came and replaced a leaking spigot. He also made us aware of future problems we might have so we can have it in the back of our minds. Another company quoted us more than double for what we paid at Affinity. I will definitely be using again for the future and will recommend to anyone!
True class act these plumbers and company as whole. Ryan and the other gentlemen that came to help were amazing. A job that would’ve taken other company’s days to do they accomplished before it turned to afternoon. Will be only using affinity for my plumbing needs going forward.

Alex was knowledgeable and efficient, getting the estimate and project done on same day. Great experience!
Alex the plumber was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem and the job was completed in a short amount of time. I liked the text message sent prior to his arrival. The only thing I don’t like is that the prices keep going up which ultimately leads to customers looking for more affordable options with even smaller companies.
The person that came out and complete the pipe repair was very courteous and knowledgeable for the service needed.
Excellent work, excellent people.
Kurt was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and did an absolutely excellent job. I would use affinity again.
