Affordable storage does not offer month by month options and they did not contact me and offer any sort of monthly payment options. After reviewing your account, we found that our property managers made multiple attempts to obtain your card information and assist with setting up monthly automatic payments. However, the payments on your account continued to be made manually through our website. We understand that late fees can be frustrating, but they are assessed when a payment is not received by the due date, in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement. We are always happy to assist customers with setting up automatic payments and answer any questions regarding their account.
