Steve was great! He came in and addressed the situation and took care of our AC unit.
They came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour and were very fair with their pricing. As well they showed us photos of what happened and explained what happened to cause the problem to begin with.
James was friendly and told me exactwhat was wrong during the diagnosis. He was even able to fix it before he left.
Fernando came out to diagnose my unit right on time. He was thorough and keep me informed throughout the process. He diagnosed the issues and gave me a range of options to consider. Well done!

They have a very fast turnaround for service calls and their estimates are reasonable. I also appreciate the automatic appointment confirmations and reminders, and the techs call when they are on their way. I work for a property management company and we use Aircare for a lot of commercial and residential properties. Can't recommend them enough
