Eric has friendly and efficient service. Great communication on appointments and day of heads up too. Liked explanation of issues with my AC and potential options to repair.
We are very happy with the service we have received from AirCare Heating and Cooling. The office staff was friendly, helpful and informative, and our service technician James was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Great experience.
Professional approach. Accurate problem identification and correction
I contacted Air Care and today James, technician, came out. He checked my furnace thoroughly and informed me what is wrong with it and also gave me information on the maintenance plan. I will be using Air Care for all my heating needs. Outstanding Service provided.
They were very friendly and easy to work with. My elderly parents needed repairs for their heater and I appreciated the communication with the technician, Fernando, since I couldn’t be there in person. I signed my parents up for the membership so they’ll have proper maintenance of their heating and AC since their house is old.
We had James as our handyman and he was just spectacular and efficient. He explained why our heating wasn't working properly and the filter he replaced our old one with sounds a lot better to clean and to keep going for years to come. Overall, lovely guy and a very nice experience. Would reccommend if your heating…
Very professional service.
James came on time for the appointment. Did a quick assessment of the heating unit. He let us know parts are available. Quick and easy service.
Our heat pumper runs but didn’t feel warm. James came in and identified the burn disconnect box. Once he fixed it, we feel warm air in our home. What a magic work James did! Thanks James.
James was great. Very knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem.
What a great experience with Air Care Heating & Cooling. Our heater went out right during a cold week. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Our diagnostic was with James and the follow up/repair with Steve. Both were friendly & professional. We liked them all so much that we signed up for their maintenance program.
James arrived and got our furnace up and running quickly. He was very knowledgeable of our system and made reasonable recommendations. I was very pleased with the service.
Luis and Christian came in our apartment and did a great job! They make sure to install everything properly get everything working properly and also very helpful when explaining how to work the new furnace control settings. They make sure to cover everything up to not get your place messy. Very clean and courteous people.
Wonderful service, very professional and communicative. They helped me to solve a problem in my condenser that I was struggling for a while with a couple hours. Will definitely recommend them
Brian was out to do the annual service of my furnaces. As always he was on time, courteous and completed the work on a timely basis including any repairs that needed to be done. I will continue to use Air Care for all my heating & cooling needs.
James and Johnathan came out to help fix my furnace today. They were perfectly on time and immediately got to work repairing the 40+ year old unit. Everyone I've corresponded with at this company was incredibly respectful down to the woman that scheduled the service for me. They've done great work getting me up and running for the winter. Thank you !
Always professional team ! Kennedy and Mark with Roberto were so gentle to listen to us.
They have a very fast turnaround for service calls and their estimates are reasonable. I also appreciate the automatic appointment confirmations and reminders, and the techs call when they are on their way. I work for a property management company and we use Aircare for a lot of commercial and residential properties. Can't recommend them enough
Air Care Heating and Cooling was very professional and responsive. The installers, Juan and Mark, did quality work and cared the installation was done properly. They replaced my HVAC system and gave five star service throughout the whole process. I recommend the company.
The service person was wonderful. He was thorough and attentive and made sure I understood how to use the new thermostat. Unfortunately, I spend 4 days freezing before the thermostat was replaced because the management would not heed my plea to fix the situation as soon as possible, even though emergency service had…
