I contacted Air Care and today James, technician, came out. He checked my furnace thoroughly and informed me what is wrong with it and also gave me information on the maintenance plan. I will be using Air Care for all my heating needs. Outstanding Service provided.
They were very friendly and easy to work with. My elderly parents needed repairs for their heater and I appreciated the communication with the technician, Fernando, since I couldn’t be there in person. I signed my parents up for the membership so they’ll have proper maintenance of their heating and AC since their house is old.
We had James as our handyman and he was just spectacular and efficient. He explained why our heating wasn't working properly and the filter he replaced our old one with sounds a lot better to clean and to keep going for years to come. What a great experience with Air Care Heating & Cooling. Our heater went out right during a cold week. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Our diagnostic was with James and the follow up/repair with Steve. Both were friendly & professional. We liked them all so much that we signed up for their maintenance program.

Luis and Christian came in our apartment and did a great job! They make sure to install everything properly get everything working properly and also very helpful when explaining how to work the new furnace control settings. They make sure to cover everything up to not get your place messy. Very clean and courteous people.

They have a very fast turnaround for service calls and their estimates are reasonable. I also appreciate the automatic appointment confirmations and reminders, and the techs call when they are on their way. Thermostat was not functioning properly, just all the way OFF or all the way ON, no regulation. James diagnosed it, replaced it with a digital thermostat, showed me how to work it. James called 30 mins before showing up, showed up on time. Also got a reminder text from the office. Profesional, efficient and friendly.
I have an old floor heater from the 1950's and every other company that came out told me they wouldn't work on it and tried to sell me a new HVAC system. Troy corrected the problem with my heater for less than $170. You can trust this company and their employees to do the right thing. I 100% recommend AIRCARE!!!
