Above and beyond my expectations!…AGAIN! The best part about this shop is they basically do everything for you no matter your situation. Our car was repaired on time and on budget. Plenty of communication along the way so we knew how it was going and what to expect. I’d highly recommend the team at Airport Autobody!
Highly knowledgeable staff. I worked with Dan and he took great care of my car. They do great work on Teslas and replaced my front bumper and a few other small components after an incident. The timeline was faster than expected and the car looks brand new. Highly recommend 10/10.
Outstanding workmanship, my car looks like brand new. The staff are very courteous and professional and keep me in the loop throughout the process.
Jason took care of everything in recent Shelby fix. Thanks brother Stay well!!!
Jason was a superb front man for AAB. He was super responsive, explained the work required to restore my vehicle in plain English and in a way I could understand, and was even compassionate when delivering the bad news that my car was a total loss. AAB did not end up repairing my car, but their customer service is…
Very friendly and professional from start to finish. They did a great job with the repairs, and my car looks great! I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
A great business, doing amazing work with amazing staff. From beginning to end, customer service was on POINT. Michele, at the front desk was kind and helpful from our very first phone call until I picked up my car. Jason, who worked on my car was personable, informative and kind. The communication was great with…
I can’t speak highly enough about the level of customer service provided by Michele and Dan. I rate them a 10 on a scale of 1-5! They listen and provide solutions to problems. I went to three Tesla Certified shops in the Hartford Area and none compare to Airport Autobody. I had a small parking lot issue where my…
First class service and communication at each level. Dan and Joe were professional and courteous, they handled the delay getting parts through GM with expedited shipping, and handed off the car in pristine condition. Many thanks!
the work was thorough and detailed, and the staff was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend Airport Autobody. Dan is a dream to work with.
After my car was hit the insurance company recommended a second tier body shop to do the work. Fortunately a retired body shop owner told me who he recommends. He gave me to Eric and his team at Airport auto. They took care of everything - the insurance companies, the car rental and the bmw dealer. Definitely would…

We started using Airport Road Auto Body on the recommendation of a trusted friend who is in the same industry, but had retired Always pleased with the care I receive at Airport Road autobody. They are very thorough and meticulous. My car looks just about brand new when I pick it up and they go out of their way to provide the best service.
Our almost new BMW X5 was hit from behind and had minor but noticeable damage on the rear bumper and wheel. We are very happy that we found Airport Auto Body, a top notch company (and a BMW Certified Collision Repair Center). AAB has excellent customer service, can efficiently process the repair with your insurance…
I had never dealt with damage to my car before, so when it happened, I called around to quite a few local body shops to see who had the capacity to take on the work and talk me through what I needed to do on my end with insurance. Airport Autobody was the only shop that had a clear process from the beginning and…

Top notch work and customer service. Regular communication regarding the status of my vehicle was also very much appreciated.
Clean and professional shop, pays attention to detail. Paint quality matches factory. Very high end body shop, would recommend to anyone!
As of 8/6, my vehicle just entered a reassembly phase and a supplemental claim not communicated. Vehicle left in July and supposed to be ready for pickup on 8/5z Using this as a marker of progress or lack there of to come. They are “shooting” to have my vehicle ready next week so I’ll be back next week with an…
Eric and his team at Airport were a pleasure to work with. They were all extremely professional, helpful, and kind. They kept me updated through the whole process, and their finished product (full body panel replacement, paint work, etc) was flawless and better than new. Thank you!

Eric and the whole team did an amazing job. Easy from start to finish.
Airport Auto Body did a fantastic job on our Tesla repair, worked with our insurance company and made the experience seamless. We also were able to drop the rental car at their place to eliminate that step. Altogether, a great experience. Highly recommend!
I’m a very infrequent review completer, even when services and products are quite good (life’s short). In this case, though, I’m delighted to share my experience. I needed body and paint service on my 2022 MINI Cooper S after a very inaccurately judged turn around a gas station pump. Given my irrationally passionate…
Dropped off car after an accident and they repaired and painted it. They worked with the insurance company to negotiate the repairs needed. Quality workmanship and repaired with OEM parts. Took little longer than expected, but looked like new and it was detail cleaned after completion.
My civic type R got hit in the side by a deer during my morning commute and airport road was the first place I called to get this taken care of. A returning customer who was last taken care of by Dan, Jason took care of me for this job. I was kept in the loop on a daily basis during the process and the results speak…

Airport Auto Body repaired my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq after a front-end collision with some road debris on an Interstate highway in Hartford. It is an unusual car (a non-Tesla EV), but they had experience repairing Lyriqs, and it showed in their work. The car was returned in perfect condition and working order, with…
Service was outstanding! It couldn't have been better. Dan Gallo took excellent care of us and answered all of our questions. I will highly recommend you to all of my friends and family. The repair to my car was perfect. Thanks so much!
Ok, seriously world, these guys are the freaking best! I had a practically brand new car smacked up on I84 (no fault of mine) and they got me through the process every step of the way - easily, smoothly and confidently. Well worth every penny if you want the accident and damage to only live as a distant memory in…
I highly recommend Airport Auto Body for Tesla repairs. My Tesla was hit by another driver while parked on the street, which left it disabled. At the time, I was traveling in MA. Airport Auto Body was the closest Tesla-certified shop to my home in CT, so I called and spoke with Michele, who arranged to have the car…

My car was in an accident at the other drivers fault. They worked seamlessly with the other insurance company and repaired my car looking brand new. Highly recommend especially for Tesla owners considering the shop. The whole staff is amazing.
The right place for car people. They color matched the front bumper cover side reflectors without me having to ask. If you understand that then there’s nothing more to say.
Good people and flawless work. Much appreciated. I generally think of getting body work done like going to the dentist. Necessary but painful. My experience at Airport Rd was easy and painless.
Airport Auto Body did a phenomenal job repairing our electric vehicle after an accident. We specifically went with them based on their expertise with electrical vehicles. The quality of work was top notch, and their professionalism and customer service was stellar. We highly recommend them.
My BMW dealer said don't go to anyone but Airport Auto Body unless I prefer to have the car not look good! They were right - I had my 7 series for only 8 days before getting hit, so I wanted it to come back looking showroom new again. Airport did an absolutely terrific job - the car is perfect and came back…

They worked on subaru wrx sti . They did a very good job. Jason is very easy to work with and very professional.
Dan Gallo, my adviser, explained everything before starting the work and kept in touch with me while the work was being done, which was a great help. I missed Dan the day I picked up the car but the gentleman who helped was extremely nice. I have been to this facility before and the way they pay attention to detail in repairing the vehicles is commendible.
Top notch service I recommend this shop 100%. From the moment I walked in. Every step of the way I was informed on the process. The car came out amazing. They where upfront with how my insurance company works and any out of pocket costs.
Airport Auto Body shop was great with the process especially with insurance part. Communication was smooth, kept me updated with each stage my vehicle was in. Vehicle came out great with fixing my driver's door and paint matched exact. Greatly appreciated and at the end, they were generous to detail and wash my…
this is the work they done only outside completely ignoring the inside the hood. I can say with certainty that they tried to repair the dent from the inside using tools, but they ended up scratching all the paint underneath. After I discovered this they used touch up paint to cover it up. So why did my insurance pay…

I cannot stress enough how completely satisfied we are with the quality of work and quality team Airport Autobody is from top to bottom. This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with Airport Rd Auto Body separated by about 20 years of time. Amazing staff and work!! Danny is the best!
I'm pretty critical of businesses and their customer service - so it's no small thing for me to say if I could give Airport Auto Body more than 5 stars, I would. I had an accident early November with some bumper, hood, and grill damage. The car was repaired in good time and Dan worked with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were completed properly and gave updates along the way. The car looks better than before the accident! Thanks again Airport Auto Body!

Fred's wife, Donna, is posting this. With only one car, Airport Auto Body saved us: from arranging to borrow a car from a family member; from arranging a ride with a family member; or from simply picking a book to read while awaiting repairs. Airport Auto Body flat bedding our car to their business for a minor…
Tony, Jason and the rest of the team at Airport Road are truly the best in the business. Constant communication, unrivaled quality of work, and just an overall excellent group to work with. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

I came to this shop after reading Google reviews to get my car repainted. Dan's service was excellent 👍 A trustworthy company.
Airport Auto Body expertly fixed my practically new GTI, which was rear-ended with less than 9,000 miles on the odometer. It looks and runs as good as new. They also cut through the red tape with the insurance carrier. They’re the best in the business.
Customer service is 5 star. Jason was helpful and knowledgeable.

After parking my 2025 Rivian R1S for a few days in a parking garage, I returned to a dent in the left rear quarter and a note on the windshield. I appreciated the note but not the damage. Once I found the closest Rivian-certified collision centers near me I chose Airport Auto Body. From the first contact with Jason…

I recently brought my Tesla Model Y in for body work due to an unsecured highway construction drum rolling into the front of my vehicle while driving to work one day. I was hit from behind at a red light. I brought my car to Airport Auto Body in September based on high recommendation by my mechanic at subaru. Dan was excellent to deal with. The insurance company of the insured who hit me was NOT. They were very difficult for Dan to deal with. Because of this the process took much…
These guys are truly the Gold Standard of body work. They don’t just do the contracted bodywork you need. They go above and beyond to return your vehicle in as close to brand new showroom condition as possible. Every business in every field should take a lesson from these folks on what sets businesses apart in a world of customer service. Truly amazing!!!!
Eric and the team of Tesla techs at Airport Auto Body took amazing care of my Model 3 during repairs. They kept us updated with communications from the insurance company, and were very persistent among delayed communications from Tesla insurance. Anyone would and should be confident leaving their vehicle here.
I had an incredible experience at Airport AutoBody. Tony Jr. and Joe were so accommodating when it came to dropping off and picking up my car outside of normal business hours due to my work schedule. I only had some door dings and a few scuffs fixed on my car and they treated me like royalty. The price was SO…

Unfortunately, it is inevitable that we may need certain services during our lifetimes. One of those services is an auto collision repair shop. Luckily for people in the Hartford area, we have Airport Auto Body. Always tremendous service, impeccable work, and friendly and informative technicians. Truly the best.
Although I rarely leave reviews, I felt compelled to write one about Airport Autobody. Recently, I was involved in a hit-and-run accident and brought my vehicle to Airport Autobody for an estimate and ultimately, the repair. My entire experience was nothing short of excellence! Furthermore,, Dan and Tony Jr.…
Single best mechanic/auto body experience of my adult life. Thanks Jason and crew for getting my car repaired (looks new)! I expected with an insurance claim that they would only do the minimum work required to “complete” the claim. Instead I came back to pick up a car that looked new, with a new windshield, new…
Great experience with Dan, everything was smooth and fast!
Jason and Daniel keep me informed on how the process was on weekly basis. Excellent service I appreciate you guys. My car was cleaned inside and out I was amazed thanks for everything ‼️🤏🏻

From the beginning, I felt comfortable selecting Airport to perform the repairs and was informed throughout the entire process with meaningful text message progress updates. I’d like to give a shout out to Jason for his management of…
To say that Airport Auto facilitated my antenna and subsequent dent repair is an understatement. Given the impending rain, I was worried about the interior of my SUV having water damage. The staff at AA scheduled an appointment for me within a couple of days. They were friendly, accommodating, and reassuring…
My experience was very good. Dan was kind and delivered as promised. The work was of a high caliber. Although repairs seem expensive, they were in line with the cost of repairing an electric vehicle.
I had a positive experience working with my rep. He was honest and kept me informed on a consistent basis. He updated me on the progress and even noted internal damage that was overseen by the insurance adjuster. I had poor experiences with other auto body providers and so happy to have found an honest, professional…
Had some minor damage on the back bumper of my new car and the guys at Airport Auto Body thought that before taking off the entire bumper, fixing then painting it, we should first try to do some more creative and less expensive methods first. They were right. Car looks great and my wallet’s intact! Refreshing to not…
Excellent workmanship as always. Highly recommended!! My car came out better than new. Great staff — very friendly. Only body shop I will use.

Airport Autobody did Fantastic Work! Everything was matched paint color wise. All the correct and needed repairs were done. The results are excellent.
I recommend that anyone work with Airport Auto for care related repairs and issues! I spoke with Dan and he helped me address mild scratches and dings from rocks on my car and offered to do it for free! We reviewed 2 other repair ideas and he offered for me to come back and gave ideas for how to go about finding the…
What’s not to love about this body shop? My wife scratched our Tesla Model Y by scraping it against a mailbox. I went in for an estimate, and Eric in sales suggested trying a free buffing first, noting that Tesla repairs can be pricey. I decided to give it a shot. The next morning, the receptionist recognized me…
