Took my model 3 in for a small minor dent. Fixed it efficiently, detailed it and They sent me home with a nice service package. Very responsive and warm welcoming team. Oh and cool facility! Shout out to the family that owns it. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best shop around! After a terrible experience with another shop I had my car shipped to Airport Road Auto Body and they returned it to show room condition. I was always informed what was being done and the timeframe it would take to complete. Everyone in the shop takes pride in what they do and they…
Had airport auto fix an accident that had on the passenger side of the car. Didn’t meet the rest of the team but Glenn and Joe were great. Also makes the transition with the rental through enterprise pretty simple. Hope I don’t need it but in the event it happens again I will be coming back here. Thank you!!
Joe was great to work with. Always kept me updated and informed on the status for the work to be completed. It’s tough letting others handle your car, but they did a great job.
Great experience Joe and Alexa were the best. Can’t say enough about this place
Truly above and beyond! Hit a deer, initial appraisal was done at my home by my insurance, they found most of the damage but Airport Auto Body got another appraisal for my car after noticing damage under the car (obviously an at home appraisal couldnt find this, the car is barely off the ground, not judging just an…
Airport road auto body was a dream to work with- I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Initially, I sent pictures of my car for review & they let me know they could help, so they took care of the insurance end, even scheduled my rental car. They were so friendly & professional- kept me up to date via texts &…
Honesty, Amazing service all around. Brought in my 2010 truck for repairs, and it was treated like a 2023. Joe, the service advisor, was super friendly, professional and accommodating throughout the entire process. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and their staff of technicians did an incredible job…

Airport Road Auto Body did an amazing job repairing my BMW. They provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. Dan and his team really go above and beyond to provide the best experience. The facility is impressive and super nice. The staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!
Service was courteous and professional. The work was done to my total satisfaction.
Brought our Tesla model 3 here after hitting a deer and doing some research on approved Tesla repair shops. They have amazing reviews and now I see why! The facility is gorgeous, and everyone we spoke with kind, knowledgeable and patient. They were super responsive to any/all questions, and worked seamlessly with my…
Great staff and great Communication
Awesome crew working here, had to drop off my car to get fixed from hitting a 18 wheeler tire, had sensors, clips, skid plate, tire well and a badly bent rim fixed by them and made my car look like I picked it up back at the showroom again! Alex was an awesome guy that explained how everything was getting done and helped so much!!
Airport Auto Body exceeded my expectations right from the start all the way through the collision repair process. They were honest, professional and kept me informed every step of the way - going above and beyond at every opportunity. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND without hesitation!! The absolute best experience I've ever had in this space in 54 years!
Great customer service. Attentive and very polite. The car looks as new and functions perfectly.
Do you love your car ? Trust no one but AIRPORT AUTO BODY. No shop puts the time and expertise into restoring your vehicle to better than showroom condition after an accident or just to restore that new look you can be proud of!! The owners, Technicians and office staff treat you like family. They treat each job…
Service was fine. A little confusion as to when to drop my car off for restoration, but not a big deal. An ok job at detailing/cleaning, however didn't do the trunk that just could have used vacuuming. There was brown stuff on the car above rear passenger and driver back tires. Looks like it came off during…
Tony Jr. went above and beyond with my car and I. We both ran into annoying issues with the insurance company. But, Tony kept pushing and got the job done! Excellent work, amazing facility and extremely professional. If you ever need work done there is no other place to go but here. They are simply the best.
