We had a fantastic experience with Airport Auto Body repairing our BMW. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. Jason was very professional and provided detailed communications as he guided us throughout the entire process. The quality of the repair work was…
I highly recommend Airport Auto Body for Tesla repairs. My Tesla was hit by another driver while parked on the street, which left it disabled. At the time, I was traveling in MA. Airport Auto Body was the closest Tesla-certified shop to my home in CT, so I called and spoke with Michele, who arranged to have the car…
Amazing to work with. I could not have brought my car to a better place. 10/10
They’ve done a wonderful job on the repair of my bumper, and trunk replacement for my 2018 Cadillac CTS From the communication from the staff on the status of repair, down to level of detail that was added in! Can’t even tell it’s been replaced! This is the best auto body shop in CT!!
This is my second experience with Airport Autobody, and once again they exceeded my expectations. The first time was with my father’s 2023 Accord Hybrid, which unfortunately ended up being a total loss. Throughout that entire process, Jason’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way…
They did the best work that I could imagine. They were also willing to work with my insurance company when they could have turned me away. I will refer all who ask me for a body shop to Airport Body Shop. Very pleased customer!
I had a wonderful experience with Airport Auto Body; as wonderful as could be given the stress post-car accident. Got hit in a small accident on my Subaru Crosstrek with suspension, bumper, tire, fender, and rim damage that required extensive suspension repair. Jason was incredibly communicative throughout the…
This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with Airport Rd Auto Body separated by about 20 years of time. Word of mouth may have been the start of my working relationship with them back 20 years ago but nowadays I can leave a review for all to see, and that review would be to emphatically state that you should call and…
Could not ask for a better experience from an auto body shop. Jason Paoletta and team were top notch in every aspect from intake, to communication with the insurance company and me, to the final outcome. Jason managed to take the stress out of a stressful situation. This is the second time I’ve had higher end…
The crew at Airport Autobody were such a pleasure To work with. Throughout the process our insurance company dragged their feet but Jason kept us in the loop and communicated well every step of the way. We Highly recommend them!!!
Customer service is 5 star. Jason was helpful and knowledgeable.
Ive got to say it, Awesome experience here! They have there stuff together. They even went above and beyond when they didn't have to. I've had a really bad experience with a previous auto body repair shop but Airport Autobody is a full customer service experience. Rest assured, they will take care of you.
Great experience for a difficult situation! Dan did a great job keeping updated and was very transparent
The company did an excellent job!
We brought in my son’s car for repair. Dan was great to work with. He kept me in the loop. The car looks good as new!
This place is the best from start to finish, nice and knowledgeable! Walking true the shop, it’s clean as a pharmacy the job is excellent! Thank you Eric for everything, and especially dealing with my 1001 questions! Definitely the best body shop I ever dealt with, thanks again and definitely I will recommend this shop to everyone who wants a perfect job!
Absolutely the best shop around! After a terrible experience with another shop I had my car shipped to Airport Road Auto Body and they returned it to show room condition. I was always informed what was being done and the timeframe it would take to complete. Everyone in the shop takes pride in what they do and they…
Had airport auto fix an accident that had on the passenger side of the car. Didn’t meet the rest of the team but Glenn and Joe were great. Also makes the transition with the rental through enterprise pretty simple. Hope I don’t need it but in the event it happens again I will be coming back here. Thank you!!
Great experience Joe and Alexa were the best. Can’t say enough about this place
Truly above and beyond! Hit a deer, initial appraisal was done at my home by my insurance, they found most of the damage but Airport Auto Body got another appraisal for my car after noticing damage under the car (obviously an at home appraisal couldnt find this, the car is barely off the ground, not judging just an…
TESLA BODY REPAIR!!! More than an Amazing job!! Not only was the body repair absolutely perfect, the gaps are now better than factory… Also, when I arrived to pick up the car, post repair, I found the car parked indoors, plugged in, and right next to the customer waiting area. BTW, The customer waiting area, and…
Once again (see below) I required body work on my car and sought out the professionals at Airport Autobody to help me. As usual, I was not disappointed at all and recommend Airport Autobody to anyone who needs this kind of work. Staff was so helpful at every level. Thank you Cindy, Michelle and Joe for all you did…
Dan and his team continuously updated me about the status of my vehicle and the end product was great. I highly recommend Airport Road Auto Body!
Brought our Tesla model 3 here after hitting a deer and doing some research on approved Tesla repair shops. They have amazing reviews and now I see why! The facility is gorgeous, and everyone we spoke with kind, knowledgeable and patient. They were super responsive to any/all questions, and worked seamlessly with my…
Great staff and great Communication
The team at Airport Road Auto Body is second to none. The customer service was impeccable, the follow-up and communication was timely lead by Tony Jr. and team. They performed major repair work on a front end collision with a new Tesla Model Y, and the result is better than new. The paint and trim are perfect.…
Awesome crew working here, had to drop off my car to get fixed from hitting a 18 wheeler tire, had sensors, clips, skid plate, tire well and a badly bent rim fixed by them and made my car look like I picked it up back at the showroom again! Alex was an awesome guy that explained how everything was getting done and helped so much!!
I want to thank Alex, Tony jr. and the entire team at Airport Road Autobody. They did an absolutely fabulous job repairing my Alpha Romeo. My news car is a new car again thanks to work done. Very friendly and professional business. Thank you
Great customer service. Attentive and very polite. The car looks as new and functions perfectly.
Do you love your car ? Trust no one but AIRPORT AUTO BODY. No shop puts the time and expertise into restoring your vehicle to better than showroom condition after an accident or just to restore that new look you can be proud of!! The owners, Technicians and office staff treat you like family. They treat each job…
Did a great job with my car and also popped a few dents out. Would 100% recommend
Service was fine. A little confusion as to when to drop my car off for restoration, but not a big deal. An ok job at detailing/cleaning, however didn't do the trunk that just could have used vacuuming. There was brown stuff on the car above rear passenger and driver back tires. Looks like it came off during…
Great people even better service. Highly recommend
