Fantastic no-nonsense service center. The owner is a great guy and will always give you great advice. They are reasonably priced and will never try to rip you off. I’ve always gotten good advice on what my car needs and what’s unnecessary.
Really efficient service from start to finish. I'm not super knowledgeable about cars, but they explained everything clearly and the pricing felt fair and transparent. The biggest difference I noticed after the service is that the gas pedal and brakes both feel much more responsive now. Overall a smooth experience and I'd definitely come back.
Akin's was great, I was there for less than an hour for my car since they diagnosed the issue in minutes. They also were kind and honest about the repairs needed, didn't try to oversell anything, and had very reasonable prices. Overall, would heavily recommend and I'll be coming again.

The dealer had quoted me far more for the exact same work. Akins gave me a clear, upfront price before I ever came in, and in the end I paid about **47% less than the dealer's price** — and they even came in under their own quote. No upsells, no surprises, no pressure. They told me plainly what the car needed and what it didn't. We dropped the van off Tuesday afternoon and picked it up Wednesday, done. The car drives great. Easy people to do business with. If you want straight answers and fair pricing without the dealership markup, this is the shop. A no-brainer.

I cannot say enough good things about Akins Auto Body. The owner and his brother are genuinely honest, kind, and good people, and that really stood out to me. These are good men doing honest work. I think I will remember their kindness the rest of my life. They were able to get my car repaired the same day, which was such a huge relief especially because I have a child who needs extra help so it was just another thing on a rough month a check engine light of course when we have therapies and meetings and school issues my car acts up. Not only did they fix my car that day what means even more to me was how they treated me as a person. I was having a really rough time like beyond a hard time to be honest, and they took the time to comfort me and make me feel better. That kind of kindness is rare, and I will never forget it as long as I live. They are proof there are good and kind people in this world. They were completely fair, honest, and upfront, and I truly felt like they cared about helping me rather than just making money. Their work was great, their pricing was more than fair, and they treated me with genuine compassion and respect. My son said wow mom this drives so smoooth now. Please go here for all your car needs. Do not look anywhere else. I honestly believe everyone should take their car to Akins Auto Body.
