Very pleased with the end result of new garage doors ordered and installed by Akron Canton Garage Doors. Also pleased with the overall process, communication, professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness of John and Troy. A shout-out also in order to Nathan at Weaver Home Solutions for the attractive metal trim work around the door openings.
My husband and I give them 5 stars hands down ! On time, professional, cordial . efficient , informative. Would recommend them highly.
I would normally wait to review, but they just left and I'm pretty happy with the experience. The price was solid for an insulated door, and they were low pressure as i went thru an extended process of checking out various companies. I asked frequent questions to which i received prompt answers. And once i settled…
Very friendly , on time , explained the process in detail . Great local company that did an amazing job with the garage door .
John did a phenomenal job with fixing my busted up door and was also honest about the need for new one. He could have just price me for a new door and been done. If you would like fair pricing, top notch professionalism and someone that will put the customer first, then John is your guy!
Wow! These two gentlemen were attentive in diagnosing my problem and gave me options. I chose a new opener to be installed on a day that I went to work. They were here and installed my opener, called when they finished, cleaned up and locked up. I cannot tell you how important honest people are in our world today!…
Fast response, very good work, and very friendly! Fixed our current door and will be getting a call when we're ready to upgrade.
They came out right away to give an assessment and estimate. In less than a week I had a brand new garage door installed in just a couple of hours. They also hauled away the old door. Would Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
I can not say enough good things about this company. Had an issue with my garage this morning and it was fixed within an hour and in a way that improved the structural components that went faulty to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. Have had several previous excellent experiences as well.
There are not enough stars available for John and Troy! These guys are awesome. I called on Friday morning when our door broke. John said "I'll be out in an hour or so". And, he was. He disconnected the opener, got the top panel which had popped off the tracks back in place so we could operate the door manually, and…
The wood that my garage door opener attaches too split and came off the wall. It was just resting on the spring. I texted John on a Friday night and he showed up at 8 the next morning to rig it so I could get my car out of the garage and use the door manually. Showed up the following Monday and had it repaired…
Called John set up an appointment to get a quote at 6:30 at night, he said he was around the corner and came over within 10 minutes. I'd been struggling with my Genie opener I installed, worked for a bit then stopped. Had been on the phone with Genie for hours multiple times. John found the problem in 15 minutes,…
Highly recommend! John and Troy were both amazing, professional, and kind. They came out within hours of me calling and had my issue fixed quickly. Will not be using anyone else. I can’t say enough good things about them!
John came out as a second opinion today, after we had our springs replaced two years ago by a company no longer in business. Not only was John professional, he was honest and prompt. John was able to save us $800, which is huge, especially before Christmas! Thank you to John for your professionalism and honesty. I…
Nick was great, friendly, knowledgeable, and did what we needed. We always use wayne dalton and appreciate their service!
Great company and does amazing work. I appreciate him coming out in a Sunday morning to fix the cables and brackets on my door!
Prompt on time service call and Technician Bailey diagnosed the problem and provided expert repairs for a broken spring
Wayne Dalton Garage Doors is the only company I trust for my garage door. My home is 12 years old, and we’ve had panel and spring replacements done by them in the past. Today, Bailey came for our first annual maintenance and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the work before and…
The technician has a wonderful disposition and great skills. It’s the second he’s been to my home (through no fault of Wayne Dawnson) and he’s an absolute joy to do business with.
Awesome company to do business with. Same day, great price and very knowledgeable. I will call them for all my garage door repairs. I highly recommend Akron Canton Garage Door.
Great experience. John was prompt, kind, professional and did top notch work. Had a spring break and he showed up same day and had my garage door working again in no time for a more than fair price. Highly recommend!!
