Thank you for the wonderful professional honest service you provided.
Been going to Al's for many years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and caring.
I have been To Al’s auto for several years now, I have always found them to be honest, professional, and they’ve done an excellent job working on any of the vehicles that I have owned over the years. I highly recommend them and have two friends or family as somebody who will be honest and not see me as a woman who has a target on her back.
Great people to work with they did a excellent job I would recommend them for all your auto repairs and needs. Thank you again Gary Gavin and the staff for being Great!!
Al's is amazing! I came to them with a car that had been giving me some issues, they listened and helped me get to the source of the problem. They are a very kind staff, always offering to give me free oil checks or tire inspections. I highly recommend Al's to anyone in Cedar Rapids having any questions or issues…
Straight forward and trustworthy. Stood behind their work and
Outstanding! Impeccable service!
We've been having our vehicles serviced at Al's Full Service since 1990. 5 Star service!! Highly recommend!
Al's is always the place I go to for car repair. I know I can count on them to be honest and fair, and to get the job done right. I'd give them six stars if I could!
So far so good! Work was finished just a few days ago. Drives fantastic now. EVERYONE was super polite and kind. Worked with and for me in every way possible. Hope I don't need them anytime soon, but if I do, We Know who to contact. Thanks Guys! 💕
Full service garage. Only fix what you ask for and a truly great staff.
Amazing customer service! Fast, friendly and efficient. They do quality work and they stand behind it. Made the process very easy because they worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of.
I bring both my cars here every time. Friendly staff, comfortable/clean waiting room, great communication. Better than any other garage.
Super service across the board. Enough said. A customer going forward. Thanks!
Appreciate "Al's Full Service" for their commitment & determination to figuring out the "mystery" challenge that had existed with my truck.
Has a “family feel” to it. Mechanics have years and years of experience. #1. TRUST! Means everything to me.
Great work!
The guys at Al's are great. They took awesome care of me and my car when I showed up in a panic and without an appointment. They texted me a full diagnostic report with a price quote and worked super fast to get me back on the road. I will go to Al's for all of my car needs from now on!
Been taking my whips to this place my whole life, fam has done the same. They do a great job, give you an accurate time estimate when it’ll be done, and most often get the work done sooner than predicted. They fix things and make things better
I drive a lot of miles for work, and usually have a pretty tight schedule. Al’s Full Service has been my top choice since I moved to the area! They exceed expectations for providing fantastic, efficient service for my vehicle, and help to get me back on the road with confidence that my vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition.
