Thank you for the wonderful professional honest service you provided.
Al's is amazing! I came to them with a car that had been giving me some issues, they listened and helped me get to the source of the problem. They are a very kind staff, always offering to give me free oil checks or tire inspections. I highly recommend Al's to anyone in Cedar Rapids having any questions or issues…
Al's is always the place I go to for car repair. I know I can count on them to be honest and fair, and to get the job done right. I'd give them six stars if I could!
Great service and friendly atmosphere
So far so good! Work was finished just a few days ago. Drives fantastic now. EVERYONE was super polite and kind. Worked with and for me in every way possible. Hope I don't need them anytime soon, but if I do, We Know who to contact. Thanks Guys! 💕
True superheros. Easy to deal with and prompt service even with inclimate weather
I bring both my cars here every time. Friendly staff, comfortable/clean waiting room, great communication. Better than any other garage.
From the initial phone call to picking up my car, the communication was excellent. There were a couple of occasions where they provided guidance and insight that saved me money. Most shops would have charged every penny possible. The honestly and integrity to a brand new customer exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend and return.
Been taking my whips to this place my whole life, fam has done the same. They do a great job, give you an accurate time estimate when it’ll be done, and most often get the work done sooner than predicted. They fix things and make things better
We’ve been using Al’s for any auto service since they were located on Johnson Ave. They’re always fair and helpful. Love these guys. Have sent friends there snd have never heard a bad report.
They got my car in super quick and was very detailed about what was wrong with it. They sent me a link with pictures of the problems that was super helpful. I spoke with a guy by the name of Ed and he was super friendly and was very thorough about filling me in on the issues with my car. I am very glad that I found this place and I highly recommend!
Went to Al's for a Cylinder #3 Misfire code and lagging performance. Technician diagnosed problem correctly and repairs where made. Ended up with 6 new coils and plugs. The only reason they received 4 stars and not 5 was they were extremely expensive. My given total over the phone after repairs were done was over…
Gary at Al's Full Service has always provided excellent service. They give me the information I need to make an informed decision, and what's best for my family vehicles. Occasionally you can be a YouTube mechanic and fix things, but when you need experts these guys are great. Recently I had a faulty alternator and…
