The team at Al's did a great job. Rex and Gavin made sure I was aware of everything that needed to be repaired to fix my issues with my truck. They also let me know what items would make the repair last long and what items could wait until another day. They sent videos of the issues and walked me through pricing…
I suspected shocks and wheel speed sensor. The shop called and confirmed the issue, provided a detailed quote with realistic timeframe that they beat by a couple of days. The price was fair, the staff courteous, the facility and area clean and well kept which is a sign of pride in the business. I have no issues with taking my vehicles there again.
Talked primarily with Gavin and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Ended up doing the repairs for less than what they originally quoted me and faster than what they initially indicated. Identified a few other maintenance items that they recommended but were not pushy on doing them which I…
Great reliable and trustworthy service. I’ve been servicing my vehicles at Al’s for over 20 yrs
We've been having our vehicles serviced at Al's Full Service since 1990. 5 Star service!! Highly recommend!
Al's is always the place I go to for car repair. I know I can count on them to be honest and fair, and to get the job done right. I'd give them six stars if I could!
My car is now in worse condition then prior to taking it in for an almost 3k repair. After multiple calls to the shop and taking it back 3 times, having them check for what the issue is, still no resolution and my car drives worse each time I take it back for them to check the issue. These issues I'm having now did…
Very detailed finds and thorough job. Couldn't ask for anyone better!
They let me know cost in advance, kept me updated with any changes or new finds and the cost. Everyone was easy to work with and polite. Would recommend to others and will be returning myself.
I have an older car and had to take my car in twice within a couple months. It is my only car and they’ve worked with me to get it done fast and fixed it right.
Great place to have your vehicle serviced. They were courteous thorough and caring. Their prices are reasonable and they don't rush so that they make sure you get back on the road and are prepared for any future services that may be needed in the future. They treat you like family.
Al’s is prompt to start working at the time of the scheduled appointment and accurate in the scheduling of time needed to complete the work. Also, I’ve never had to go back with problems after a repair; it is fixed the first time. We will continue to bring our cars here.
I bring both my cars here every time. Friendly staff, comfortable/clean waiting room, great communication. Better than any other garage.
Suspension still feels a little off if not a little worse than before
Been taking my whips to this place my whole life, fam has done the same. They do a great job, give you an accurate time estimate when it’ll be done, and most often get the work done sooner than predicted. They fix things and make things better
Job done on time at the price they quoted
Fixed ESP/BAS issues & minor maintenance.
1st time customer. Mechanic took a ride with me to try and identify issue. He stated what he thought it was before we got back to the shop. Pulled it into a bay to verify and he was spot on. Repair was made with constant communication during process. Price was fair and employees were very responsive to my questions.…
They were super nice! I am a 17 year old girl that most auto shops take advantage of. I have taken multiple courses so I do know the anatomy of a car. They were straightforward and honest ! Even took pictures of problems. They gave me a fair price. Andy and Ed are very helpful and actually care about their customers.
Very professional and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service
