Honest, & convenient. Reasonable prices and all around great staff
I've been going to Al's for over 20 years. 5 stars is not high enough for their service.
I trust their staff! They do a thorough check of the car. They will tell you only necessary repairs and why. I wholeheartedly recommend them
We've been having our vehicles serviced at Al's Full Service since 1990. 5 Star service!! Highly recommend!
Al's Full Service has earned my trust over decades of straightforward honest advice and great service.
I had my car in for high mileage oil change and tire rotation/tire balancing on my Subaru Outback. Went in a couple days later per their instructions to have lugnuts torqued down after driving the vehicle 25 miles.
Professional and reliable service
I have used Al's Full Service for several years after a referral from a coworker. I've found them to be honest and dependable. Thanks, Al's!
Has a “family feel” to it. Mechanics have years and years of experience. #1. TRUST! Means everything to me.
Great service, explained everything very well. Appointment was as scheduled, nice waiting area.
The guys at Al's are great. They took awesome care of me and my car when I showed up in a panic and without an appointment. They texted me a full diagnostic report with a price quote and worked super fast to get me back on the road. I will go to Al's for all of my car needs from now on!
Been taking my whips to this place my whole life, fam has done the same. They do a great job, give you an accurate time estimate when it’ll be done, and most often get the work done sooner than predicted. They fix things and make things better
I drive a lot of miles for work, and usually have a pretty tight schedule. Al’s Full Service has been my top choice since I moved to the area! They exceed expectations for providing fantastic, efficient service for my vehicle, and help to get me back on the road with confidence that my vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition.
Been going here for years, very honest and always quick and thorough
Technicians at Al’s are very professional and get the job done in a timely manner.
First off, Al's is one of the best shops in all of Cedar Rapids period. Gavin and Gary were excellent as always. This place barely has any turnover, so the same mechanics work on your car, which is huge for the health of your car. There is never any pressure, just straight honesty. They even send you a vehicle…
Always super friendly and explains everything that they’re doing. Love the inspection summary texted to you after the service.
Awesome service and great people!!
From the greeting when I walked in to the excellent service I received, Al’s Full Service offered me the experience I’ve been looking for. Fair prices and great communication about repair. Can’t go wrong with this place.
They were very professional, very quick, and very friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable. They're extremely kind to my 6-year-old daughter even though she was running around going wild! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!
