Customers frequently cite punctuality, competitive pricing, and professional communication as key benefits of the asphalt and paving services provided. Most reviewers describe the work as high quality and efficient, noting that the crew often completes projects on schedule and cleans up thoroughly. However, one recurring criticism involves a lack of responsiveness to repair requests, with a low-star review alleging that the company refused communication after admitting fault regarding a ruined driveway.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. They completely ruined my driveway. After we left a bad review (2 years of trying to get them to fix their work they admitted they did wrong), they refuse communication.

He did a great job. We had a small issue with one spot on our road and he went beyond our expectations when he repaired it. I would highly recommend this great company. He stands behind his work and crew.

Very experienced, competent, responsive and reliable. He accommodated some special circumstances and did so promptly.
This is a family owned business. Much better than an impersonal corporation.

From the first contact by way of phone all the way through the project completion I had open communication with Al and his crew. Al Game looked at the job gave me an estimate of the job, measured it out and had his crew on hand breaking ground the following day.Except for rain and a weekend there were no delays. The job was completed, cleaned up and actually of a good looking driveway. I appreciate the politeness of the work crew, the fact that they got down and worked and didn’t sit around and tell stories in the shade they got to it and did it and worked well together.
