I am very pleased with your technician. She provided ample advanced notice that she was coming to my residence. She physically announced her arrival (doorbell). However, I was unable to answer the door while she was at my residence. She was very efficient treating my residence.

Alder Pest control came out today to do our quarterly pest control service. I appreciate that they text you about 30 minutes from the time they'll arrive. Shane our technician was both polite and professional and thoroughly did his job.

I appreciate the removal of spider webs and dirt dobber nests as well as the ground coverage to help reduce fire ants. About to find out if it helps reduce the Japanese Beetle population.

Our technician was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was especially glad that he cleaned and treated the webs on the upper eaves.

Excellent service. Jeremiah was very through in explaining what he would be doing and after completing his work he briefed me on what he had completed.

Would have given 5 stars but again was a different technician and was a retreat from our last service. Had several issues from the last paid visit. Yard was done. Webs wiped down off house. Upstairs balcony still had some webs that I swept after he left. And inside cable railings were webs( yes he had a duster up on deck I left for him to use). Otherwise all seemed fine

Excellent communication on what my pest management needs and was accomplished on visit. I was given an half hour notification of time of arrival of the technician. Photos by technician after. Thorough as well detailed in all of the areas treated. Included a summary of the service. Game changer in this area!

I met the technician before he started his work. I explained to him what was promised by the salesman when I agreed to use Alder pest control. He said it wasn’t all in the notes. He performed everything I asked of him and I am very pleased.

Alder Pest Control has been doing a great job protecting our home. Their technicians are always well mannered and explain their processes. We've seen an immediate decrease in activity since getting their service. Highly recommend!
