Technicians were great. This was my first appointment and the technicians were on time and when finished let me know exactly what was done and what to expect. Very courteous and professional. Also let me know when they would be back for a 2nd treatment. I was very pleased.8

Nathan introduced himself, verbally summarized all services he'd be performing. Completed a thorough job and informed us when finished. He let us know when his next visit would be. Two thumbs up for Nathan!

I was surprised that Alder Pest Control was providing services on Memorial Day but Mauricio arrived by the time he indicated on the notification text message. The technician was very polite and very professional. He sent me a notice a day before coming out and again to let mee know when he was about 30 minutes away. He completed all tasks in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with this service.

The only complaint I have is there are spray marks on the windows. I just had my windows professionally cleaned and then you can like 3 days later.
