Alder Pest Control

Very nice technician. He talked to me about what he did and a few issues we had that he sprayed. Nice guy!

The tech was very friendly and helpful. Did a great job. Filled the bait box and killed the black widow that was living in it.

Helpful and kind. He did a superb job!

Ashley was great. So friendly and eager to meet the needs of the home owner.

Emily was great. She explained everything she was doing and provided excellent service. She was very professional and we would love it if she was our tech every time.

I appreciate the removal of spider webs and dirt dobber nests as well as the ground coverage to help reduce fire ants. About to find out if it helps reduce the Japanese Beetle population.

Technicians were great. This was my first appointment and the technicians were on time and when finished let me know exactly what was done and what to expect. Very courteous and professional. Also let me know when they would be back for a 2nd treatment. I was very pleased.8

Nathan introduced himself, verbally summarized all services he'd be performing. Completed a thorough job and informed us when finished. He let us know when his next visit would be. Two thumbs up for Nathan!

Gabriel was amazing very efficient with a great personality he explained everything he was doing. I’d also like to give a shout out to Sergio for selling us the plan. Two very respectful young men you don’t find that very often.

The technician did a wonderful job, he was very friendly, professional and communicated in detail but with a ease to understand what he did during the service. I was very pleased with the service, and the tech, thank you.

Good tech. Communicated arrival time 30 minutes out as I requested. Very efficient and quick. Offered to answer questions but I didn’t have any.

Our technician was super friendly and professional. She did a very thorough job. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

Extremely professional. Did a fabulous job.

The technician was very polite and very professional. He sent me a notice a day before coming out and again to let mee know when he was about 30 minutes away. He completed all tasks in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with this service.

Both technicians were polite & professional. I was pleased with the services provided.

We were pleased with the service we received, the only negative with the whole experience was a breakdown in communication with the office regarding as to when the service would be performed & when the technician would arrive at the property. Both the technician & the salesman were friendly, professional &… Read full review

Nick came back for my first visit (dog was out when he initially attempted) and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the level of support Alder has… Read full review

My wife stated that the job done was excellent and complete. Everything was done that she pointed out.

I was not present when the technician did most of his work as he was early And I returned prior to the time he was originally scheduled so I don’t know how thorough the treatment was. It was represented to me that am application would be made around the eves and upper areas on the porch. That is where many of the… Read full review

Each service costs $139, way too overpriced. I asked them to get rid of wasps and bees and I would be happy, but I still see wasps and now I have to go spray them myself. Literally no difference! I have a shed that I use a lot, and they NEVER spray it (it’s right next to the house!) Shouldn’t it be sprayed too since… Read full review
