Derek was very easy to deal with while getting our truck taken care of after it sat for a year. He answered all of my questions and made me feel like I could trust his opinion. I haven’t picked up the car and driven it yet, as we did a couple of ad-on’s, but am excited so drive it!!

After being quoted a time of an hour and a half to two hours for the recall repair on my 2024 Tacoma the battery check caused the time to be almost 4 hours. This is totally unacceptable!!
