Attentive, professional, timely, friendly. They identified additional work that was needed and scheduled it.
Always an excellent experience. Except that the hood was not properly shut when I left service resulting in my having to turn off RT7 and into a parking area to see why the car was "beeping" during a rainstorm yesterday. After shutting the hood properly, I continued home.

Not great. A 1 to 1 1/2 hour job to balance 4 wheels and state inspection. Spent 3 hours at dealership. Got home and noticed 2 of 4 tire valve stems were missing - all 4 were in place at time of visit. Noticed dirty finger prints on front fenders. Were clean at time of visit.
They get me in and out. Love getting the carwash coupon too.
