Attentive, professional, timely, friendly. They identified additional work that was needed and scheduled it.
Always an excellent experience. Except that the hood was not properly shut when I left service resulting in my having to turn off RT7 and into a parking area to see why the car was "beeping" during a rainstorm yesterday. After shutting the hood properly, I continued home.
Very friendly, good communication
Prompt and friendly service all 3 times I have been there! Also a very nice area for the waiting area.
Just great service.
My experience at Alderman's Toyota was very professional and well coordinated, an excellent team effort. My old Tacoma needed a bunch of repairs to pass inspection which would have cost me more than the truck was worth. I talked to a salesman, Bauer Hill and he got me into a Tacoma that just came in off a lease. He…
Alderman’s has been nothing but outstanding. Smooth in so many aspects. We love our salesman Scott. He is amazing. My first service appointment was streamlined, even adding something last minute! Thank you!
Alida was too notch keeping me informed of the status of my car; so appreciated! I scheduled my car for this service because of a recall notice I received by mail. I requested that my 25,000 mile service occur simultaneously so I only had to make one trip. Alida was understanding and accommodating, but had to book…
I had scheduled an oil change, recall service that required 1.5 hours minimum to complete. While on my way to the appointment a was stopped due to a construction traffic stop for approximately 1/2 hour. I contacted Alderman’s service department and notified them of a conflicting appointment I had been planning to…
Fast and efficient as always !
Derek was very easy to deal with while getting our truck taken care of after it sat for a year. He answered all of my questions and made me feel like I could trust his opinion. I haven’t picked up the car and driven it yet, as we did a couple of ad-on’s, but am excited so drive it!!
Excellent service, way too long a wait.
Say sales people are always sales people as soon as they make the sale they forget all about you and treat you like you’re nothing especially the sales managers at least the one at the Toyota dealership. I bought a vehicle from them 30 years ago and Mr. Alderman as I called him back, then was a very pleasant man.…
Friendly, prompt service.
All went as advised & promptly. No problems & service desk person was good.
Went for 15k oil service, summer tire switch & recall issue. I made appointment more than 2 weeks before and arrived to we don’t see you on the schedule. Derek was very accommodating & got me in. I had to add VT inspection. I was prepared for a long service. 2 hours later I was told they didn’t have the parts for…
Great service, timely updates.
I arrived for my appointment a little early and was promptly greeted by Derek. He reviewed the purpose of the service appointment and made sure that I knew that the recall notices would take a couple of hours, so I could make the decision to wait or not. What I was most impressed with is that he noticed that my…
Install heated front seats
Zeb was great and helped me with a unexpected truck issue. He was able to get me in and get me get my truck back on the road.
Great service!
I had a long list of things that needed to be done to by Highlander Hybrid. The service people addressed each item Dereck explained each one in detail! Great job! Thank you!
I always have great service at Alderman's!
Quick, easy and simple check-in. Greetings from Lisa, professional, competent, and friendly with clear and concise directions for me for visiting sales.
Great dealership. Have been using them for many years and will always continue.
Zeb made my experience at Alderman’s Toyota for routine service seamless!
20,000 mile checkup.
Great service! Very friendly, fast. Couldn't ask for better!
Fast, Courteous Service.
Just an inspection and service today. Prompt and friendly as usual. Service guys did a good job. Great communication throughout the visit.
Zeb was amazing. Quick service and very knowledgeable
Excellent service. Responsive to my needs. Also, with little maintenance my 2007 Prius lasted many years.
As always, the best service was provided, from check in until checking out. This time I actually had to take advantage of their courtesy ride to where I needed to go as well. Everyone pleasant to helpful.
Friendly folks - I had NO brakes and now I do. They come in handy sometimes.
The repair was done well, and happy with the outcome. The 3-day estimate of time it would take turned into over two weeks, which was a bummer and a hassle, having to rent cars multiple times.
Great service!
Excellent service department!
Not great. A 1 to 1 1/2 hour job to balance 4 wheels and state inspection. Spent 3 hours at dealership. Got home and noticed 2 of 4 tire valve stems were missing - all 4 were in place at time of visit. Noticed dirty finger prints on front fenders. Were clean at time of visit.
They get me in and out. Love getting the carwash coupon too.
When Alderman's made a mistake by not rescheduling my appointment when my tires were not going to be there in time, they offered what I thought was an extraordinary solution. They finished the other work on the car while I was waiting, and then offered to drive the 1 hour to my house the next business day, pick up…
Excellent service. They came To our rescue when our Rav4 hybrid was frozen in ice and wouldn't start. Got us to the dealership and replaced the battery
Outstanding job with the highest precision in the waxyol and Simoniz detailing work. I trust you'll improve on the advice of the waiting time for work completion. You are still Alderman!
They have always been extremely professional and have done a fantastic job on all of our vehicles.
Friendly staff and great service
Service at Alderman's is always exceptional and Zeb is wonderful to work with.
Quick service and my truck was detailed as well. It looks wonderful! Thank you JP
Alderman’s Toyota has been the best in keeping my RAV 4 in great condition. I recently took it to have a routine maintenance done. I knew it needed more than that. They went above and beyond in informing me of everything they found, and getting it done in one day. They also gave me discounts on any things that were…
Service staff amazing (Lisa and Zeb). Have 3 Toyotas in family and all are serviced at Alderman's because of the exceptional service and communication.
The crew at Aldermans are courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable car care professionals! They might cost a bit more than any run of the mill repair facility but they get the job done right and right the first time!
Thank you Andrew. Greatly appreciated you helping us with our vehicle. Rhonda.
Excellent service, friendly, professional and fast. Always know my vehicles are in good hands at any Alderman dealerships.
Fantastic welcome, shuttle service, quick service and high quality
Derek, Who greeted me at service center, immediately reassured me that all would be handled. Nothing like driving a car you know has been all checked out and is working perfectly.
Very good operation: easy to schedule service appointment; service techs are friendly, helpful, informative. On arrival for routine service, I realized I needed annual auto inspection and they fit it in.
Alderman's is a great dealership. Great team there.
Good experience at the service department the other day.
Friendly service advisors, always ready to help. I'll be back!!
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alderman's Toyota. The sales staff were very pleasant and there was no sense of pressure to buy from them. Shortly after I bought the car, there was an issue with the alternator and the service department towed the vehicle and repaired it free of charge. Very professional and I highly recommend.
Very helpful staff. Oil change and check up done in record time.
Service was completed correctly and the maintenance performed explained.
