Always an excellent experience. Except that the hood was not properly shut when I left service resulting in my having to turn off RT7 and into a parking area to see why the car was "beeping" during a rainstorm yesterday. After shutting the hood properly, I continued home.

Not great. A 1 to 1 1/2 hour job to balance 4 wheels and state inspection. Spent 3 hours at dealership. Got home and noticed 2 of 4 tire valve stems were missing - all 4 were in place at time of visit. Noticed dirty finger prints on front fenders. Were clean at time of visit.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alderman's Toyota. The sales staff were very pleasant and there was no sense of pressure to buy from them. Shortly after I bought the car, there was an issue with the alternator and the service department towed the vehicle and repaired it free of charge. Very professional and I highly recommend.
