Had one year maintenance down. Service tech Derrick was friendly and informative. He has excellent customer service skills. The video of the auto tech explaining work done while doing vehicle walk around was interesting. Overall a 5 star visit.
When I first called, I spoke with Sam in the Service Dept. He was so helpful and courteous. Lisa was outstanding - kind, efficient and an excellent listener. Overall, the experience was stress free and I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been in the best of hands.
