Performed great work and excellent experience and service!! Highly recommend their service.
Love All Star; they treat you like family. Thank you, Katie, for being so awesome and helpful. Your technician was very knowledgeable.
Bobby came out to check my AC (issue with it not cooling). He communicated his arrival time and was very thorough in assessing my AC system. He educated me & I appreciate that!
Honest company. The annual preventative maintenance/ checkup is a great deal. This program is money well spent. My tech, Hugo has gone above and beyond each time he has serviced my house. Updated 10.6.26 I had Larissa do some work on my furnace. She completed the work timely, professionally, and cleanly.
All Star was out this morning to do a AC system check up. They have a great maintenance program and it’s very affordable. Bobby came out and did the check. Bobby was on time and did a wonderful job. Great guy! I have been doing business with All Star for over 15 years. It is the owner and I was one of his first…
Thank you Juan! I would recommend All Star A/C. Ask for Juan he's knowledge & a professional.
Antonio was awesome!!! He was on time very Polite and knowledgeable of our system. After completing the routine maintenance we requested he did show us some pictures of our plenum that had some sort of growth going on that confirms what we had been thinking. In a professional manner he showed a couple of options…
All Star has great customer service!
The customer service is outstanding! They arrive on time and did a great job! I have used them for repair and replacement of my unit. Highly recommended!
We needed AC repairs and Larissa was sent over! I cannot sing her praises enough! She is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, honest completely fair explains how everything works, and the process found all kinds of things that other companies didn’t find And we had other work by other companies that were…
Kudos to Lazaro for diagnosing the start-up issue with our new 5 ton Amana compressor. He may have discovered these units will require a hard start kit as they use a "coresense" fault detector which cuts off the compressor during low voltage starts. Hopefully, this will fix our problem. Laz is an excellent tech…
I’ve used All Star for several years now and they’re continually reliable, understanding, and honest. All the guys who have come out have been respectful, more than willing to answer all my questions, and given me space to consider their recommendations on work needing done. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC help!
I want to THANK YOU JUAN for your kindness & getting my home back to normal. After no air for 3 days it's was a BLESSING to have your company take care of us!!!! We appreciate the prompt response & service.
My AC randomly stopped working in the middle of the night & even though it came back on a bit later, I still wanted to have it checked out anyway. I was easily able to book online & get an AC appointment for the following morning—which was a Sunday! Lazaro arrived on time & thoroughly checked out the attic system &…
Very professional and always pleased with their service!
Absolutely amazing service! Katie was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable from beginning to end. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Katie and All Star A/C, Plumbing & Electrical!
Excellent emergency service at a reasonable price.

Antonio was great!! He is very knowledgeable, on time, knows what he is doing and has great customer service. He really deserves 10 Stars!! I would recommend All Star and their people to anyone that needs service
Got us back up and running 🏃 but definitely over price.
The All Star folks did an excellent job, as always. Our A/C started acting up and they were over to check it out within a couple of hours. They unclogged a drain line that was causing the problem, then made some modifications that would allow me to routinely clean out the drains by myself and prevent future downtime.
Larissa was great! She was super thorough and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour.
Bobby was efficient and early both days. Due to rain. Explained things easy to understand thanks
Bobby provided excellent service solving our cooling issues . He diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty capacitor.
Staff were friendly, but part was 10x more than I would have paid on the open market which is just ridiculous.
The tech Laz identified the problem right away and was able to fix it. Also checked out the unit promptly. Was very efficient and helpful answering questions.
Of course our A/C chose peak summer hours (holiday weekend) to act up. Luckily, All Star came to the rescue. Our technician Bobby was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He identified the root cause quickly, explained the options, and got us back to livable temperatures. We've used All Star before,…

Larissa nice and very knowledgeable about job very attentive to help me
Ongoing issues. System has been having problems since installation. Within the first 6 months of install we’ve had technicians come back several times to fix various parts of our unit in the attic and they’ve found different issues each time that was causing the system to lag and not keep up when we only set our…

Katie was quick to help on the phone with honest answers to all my questions. We love Ed and the snow team! Laz had us back up and running in under an hour. The office team was kind and had someone out to my house within 90 min of calling if not less. Unlike the other 4 places I called. I always trust Allstar!
Lex came out to fix our A/C and he worked quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and patient. This was a great experience and I would definitely call All Star again for A/C needs!
I came home yesterday to absolutely no A/C, which is a total nightmare. Even though it is Memorial Day weekend, the owner of All Star A/C & Plumbing and his sons came out themselves on a Sunday to fix my air conditioning. They did this specifically so their other technicians could stay home and enjoy the holiday…
Bobby was great wirh communication prior to arriving with an estimated time until arrival. Afterwards, he tracked down the first problem, which was a fuse, he had ran out of that amperage, so off to a local store to retrieve more fuses. He installed the fuse, only for it to blow and he located the main problem…
The service was quick and painless. A/C works great. After a week without, we were ready to cool off. Our salesmen was informative and patient, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They are not the cheapest company in town but you get what you pay for.
excellent service. they do a follow-up check up. they do guanratee flasless service.

Quick, professional and friendly!! Highly recommend. Laz was great! Thanks for quick service!
Came out early and performed a thorough systems check. Found the issue and we were cool again!
Tech did not diagnose issue properly. Charged me almost $500 to put refrigerant in my AC unit. Next day home would still not cool down. Real issue identified as leak in coil unit in attic. Had new coil unit installed by different company. Will not recommend or use All Star A/C in the future.

You can trust All Star A/C & Heating with all of your HVAC needs. Ed is the best ever and all of his guy’s are super. They have done a bunch of work for several family members and we all think the world of them! To say the least I highly recommend them!
Our rep went over and beyond for me and my husband that is in hospice. Not only did he do excellent work, but he Spoke highly of the company and all of his coworkers. He assured me that I would receive excellent work on whoever comes out
Ed and Ares were fantastic—exactly what we needed. Coming home to a house that’s 85 degrees is never fun, especially with a wife who’s eight months pregnant. The team at All Star was on time, fair, and had our entire system replaced in under 24 hours—on a weekend! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing services.

Ed and his team are top notch. My downstairs system replacement was my first with them and it was a no brainer who to call when my upstairs system needed replaced as well. This company is AMAZING! Everybody was so kind from the first initial phone call all the way until the end of the installation. This is a company you can trust.
This is the best AC company. The techs are very professional and they do a great job. They always are either right on time or quite often able to come earlier than scheduled and will contact you to see if thats OK. I highly recommend All Star!

Sep 2023 Amazing service. They were able to come out the same day and fix our AC. It was blowing hot air. I let David M. know what all we troubleshooted and he said we did a great job. After about 15 min he determined we needed a new capacitor and replaced it within 30in. The price was fair with the labor and…
Had my third service with them today. They have a $130 weekend fee. Figured they could wave that for a repeat customer but I guess not. Thankful someone could come out quickly. The part replaced was $350 but you can find online for $30-$50 (7x markup). I’m not handy so is what it is, I let the pros handle it. Brian…
2024 service call: Once again, All Star lives up to its name! ALL STARS, every time! Great experience with All Star. We had a failed evaporator coil on our unit that is only a few years old.
