I had an excellent experience with the professionals from Alley Cat. Miro was the gentleman who did the original inspection and scope of work. He was extremely polite, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. He shared their process and expertise with me, gave me options to consider and his follow up was efficient…
Very efficient and professional rodent inspection and prevention.
On time. Fast. Responsive. Answered all questions. Seemed thorough.
This is a terrific business! They could teach Corporate America a lot about UX!! They are responsive, great w/follow-up & techs are super well trained.
thorough, careful of property, would use again.
As always, Alley Cat is responsive, on time and effective. I can’t say enough good things about this company, which I’ve used for rodent prevention and disposal.
We had a mouse living in the attic and crawl space of our single-family home. Alley Cat came out and did a thorough inspection. They returned to remove and clean up the mouse nest, block off the entrances, and set up traps. They came back twice to inspect the traps. It's been several months and we've seen no sign of…
Are house for a while now had been under rat infestation. Ever since Ally Cat came to service our house we are able to sleep better and have a peace of mind.
Very responsive, detail oriented, and friendly!
We are so happy we hired Alley Cat! We're totally satisfied with their services. Phone calls were answered promptly, and messages were returned quickly. Everyone that we had contact with was very friendly and professional. The initial inspection was scheduled quickly and we received a clear explanation of what…
Good for a while...they would come out and solve the issue - but I am now almost to the 3 year warrantee period and, yes, there have been months without rodents, but the last person that came out refused to do any investigation - insisted that the rodents were coming off trees - but I know from the marks on the wall…
Alley Cat performed rodent proofing at my home today. They were punctual and meticulous, they protected my furniture and walls with plastic prior to the start of work and were very professional in all aspects of the job.
Alley Cat has been remarkably responsive. They are also amazingly good at finding and solving problems. I am more pleased with their service than any other company I have hired in a long time. Unequivocally my highest recommendation!
Very professional, fast, responsive. They turned my attic space from a messy, unusable, critter infested space, into a space that I'm now planning to semi-finish. Would absolutely recommend.
Excellent service, prompt recheck. So far I am very pleased with their hard work and responsiveness.
Your men were prompt, cooperative, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Any questions were quickly answered, inconveniences were handled easily. I would readily have them back again.
Professional, reliable and trustworthy local company. We used Alley Cat to clean up and rodent-proof our attic and crawl space in our two-story townhouse. They also removed old insulation in our attic and installed new insulation. We were impressed when Alley Cat gave us an exact square footage of insulation…
Great company..knocked the rats right out...always come back promptly if I have any concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The service person arrived on time, very courteous, and diligent in looking for any evidence in rats returning. He secured the covers on existing holes and didn’t find any new ones. He advised me to call for an inspector to come in three weeks, which I’ll do. This marks the second year of a three year contract.
Professional and thorough in their work. Responsive and punctual.
