A customer of Alley Cat for 10 years.
Efficient, comprehensive and quick
Very good, very detailed. I am happy. They came 2nd time, seal few holes missed last time. It is good team.
Thank you so much for your care and kindness.
Fernando with Alley Cat was fantastic to work with! He always was positive and upbeat with a nice smile to greet me. I just bought a house in Berkeley and have been running into problem after problem. Discovered that rats had infested the entire heating system and needed to replace it. Had Alley Cat do exclusion…
Jose did a nice job of disposing of a dead rodent and using camera to inspect vents. He identified the vent that needs to be cleaned throughly and checked all the previous sealing of under cabinets through out the entire house. He also followed up with the company in regards to the "look" of some of the patches done…
He was excellent
9/12/26 Update: Alley Cat took this feedback very seriously and investigated the situation, including the sales rep/inspector. After several conversations and a secondary inspection by another company, it became clear that I did not have new rodent activity. The evidence I'd been shown by Lee was old droppings left…
We've been having an on-and-off rodent problem for a few years. We've gone through three companies. A friend highly recommended Alley Cat - we've never had such thorough service. Starting with an easily scheduled inspection, to a full-day service call wherein a team of three technicians led by Arturo sealed every…
Rats in the home is a daunting and stressful experience, but Alley Cat Rodent Exclusion provided the confidence right away that I could beat the problem. My infestation was limited to the garage, but in all there turned out to be 14 rats in there, most of them babies. Johnny provided a careful, super informative,…
Jose, the technician was helpful. He gave us a call/text to let us know either he was still working with other client or whenever he was on his way. He also was very thorough !
Very thorough and professional inspection of all of our home's potential spots for rat or mice intrusion.
They technician was great.
Excellent service. Thank you mister Carlos
Arnoldo was an A+! Kind, professional, thorough. This is my second survey to rate him - I wrote so much more the first time but it would not send. Very frustrating!! Also, although I have appreciated all the men you sent to deal with my rat issue have been GREAT, I am still dealing with the uproar, upset of rats in…
I would like to thank Alley Cat for the free onsite inspection. We are grateful to Wilder for his professionalism and giving us his honest opinion and recommendation. There was no pressure to avail services if they think you do not need it yet. This business earned my trust and I have already recommended to family…
Aroldo was terrific. Prepared, friendly, thorough!
Arty was very punctual. In fact he was 15 minutes early and texted he was on the way. It’s very unusual to have someone do both.He also took his time looking around where Alley Cat installed metal barriers 2 years ago. He knew where these areas were too as he looked up the work done in May 2024. He was patient with…
Efficient and professional check up after mice exclusion service 4 weeks ago. All clean!!
José was prompt, thorough and professional.
Can't rate this service highly enough. So much better than who we had before. Got rodents? Don't even think twice
Alley cat came in and inspected my home crawl space and attic. They determined that attic was all clear, but that rats had invaded our crawl space. After inspection, a team of 4 men came to clean up rat poop and cover all access holes and set traps. They return in two weeks to check traps.
I went with the good reviews but I was not happy with what happened at my house today. The guy who came was nice but not professional. He pulled out my oven/ stove and didn’t put it back! He went into our master closet packed with all of our hanging clothes and things and asked for a towel. I brought a towel and…
Not only did Fernando (the man who inspected our home) and Augusto arrive on time, they greeted me with warm smiles and explained the day’s processes, answered all my questions and did a fabulous job overseeing a huge task. Augusto, the foreman, and his team were excellent, creating a safe environment for our home…
Hugo Was thorough, competent and delightful to work with. He identified the points of entry into the kitchen and close them off. He also gave advice going forward.
Called Alley Cat because there was rodents under my house. They had a technician come out and assess the situation and told me they would get back to me with an estimate. That never happened. I called a few weeks later to ask about my estimate and they said the technician was on Vacation. They never called back.…
Fernando arrived on time. My contractor toured the basement and exterior walls with him and was impressed by Fernando's knowledge of his work: "He knew exactly where to look and how to take care of the problem." The work which resulted from Fernando's inspection was performed quickly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with Alley Cat.
Kelvin and his team from Alley Cat were exceptional. True experts and absolutely professional
Thorough, professional
Johnny was great. He came on time and did a thorough inspection. He was clear and cordial. The inspection was free of charge.
Worked the entire weekend fixing entry points, cleaning up and setting traps. Responsive to calls and nice crew.
Wilder did a thorough free inspection, documented and presented me with a clear overview of the things he found and a plan for addressing them, and walked me through the quote and answered all my questions. It’s an expensive service, but they are very professional (on time, thorough, and clean up after). One…

My appointment was scheduled for 8am - 10am. The agent arrived around 8:30. I received a text shortly after 8 am advising me that the agent was enroute. He was polite and courteous. He explained each task before beginning the work and then reported his findings and actions. With respect to my three attic areas…
Jose was great
Alley Cat crew did an amazing job at our place last month to clean up, secure, and set traps for our rat infestation. They did a very thorough job disinfecting the place and even found additional gaps that weren't caught in the initial inspection. What impressed me the most is that they even came a month after to…
Willar as polite. Kept me informed of everything that was being done. They were fast and efficient
Jose was very professional and took time to find overlooked cracks near piping to fill- great job Jose!
Denis Wilmar did a great job and some good tips on how to prevent anymore rats from returning
We had a very good experience with Alley Cat solving our stressful mouse problem. First their inspector did a free inspection and made recommendations. They explained what was needed to be done, and their steps to be taken. We hired them and they scheduled a treatment day with us. A Forman and his 3 technicians…
Great knowledge, addressed problems in the basement and also went extra step of putting mesh nets on other nets. Freddy was grea!
Marioc is fantastic. Very professional and courteous.
Very pleased so far. Willar was a great representative and worker, as was his team.
Fredy did a thorough job catching a lot of entry points previous guys missed. I appreciate his dedication and experienced eye. Without those, I likely would have needed future revisits.
The previous owners of my house used Alley Cat and I see why! They are professional, attentive to the little details, and sincerely want to keep your home protected! I would use them again!
Dante was friendly, fast and accommodating.
Hugo and the Alley cat team were great. He came over and found the exact location rodents were getting in and took care of it under our warranty after our initial service. We highly recommend working with this company to anyone.
Very professional and helpful. Left the house smelling fresh and clean.
Really great work. He did a thorough inspection and found some new spaces that the mice had gotten into. He sealed them all up. He did all this on a Saturday.
Thanks Johnny; also thanks Brian and the team for thorough, professional work
Johnny is exceptional. He iso knowledgeable but able to explain things to the average person. He took away so much of the stress that comes with having rodents in your house and it was all cleaned up and rat-proofed within a few days!
Eric was amazing. He walked around the perimeter slowly like everybody else, but he immediately spotted two big holes underneath the sidewalk that led into our crawlspace. He fixed those holes to my knowledge expertly. I have suffered with these rats for close to a year now and I feel like this might be the answer…
I have used Alley Cat at two different properties and been pleased both times. Just today We had field mice reappear, almost two years later. Alley Cat sent a very competent guy out and he quickly troubleshot and corrected the issues.

Follow-up inspection by Atekhiti's work was excellent and professional.
We used Alley Cat six years ago before we began remodeling our “new” old house because we had a terrible rat problem and the contractor would not start work until it was taken care of. The thorough work Alley Cat did then has kept our house rodent free ever since. When we found a new rat infestation in our outdoor…
Great service
Mario came to check back after several months since the major cleanup and we had an area rodent’s had reopened under our house. He wired and closed the area with foam. It took about an hour and we are all set. This work was part of the 1 year guarantee.
Yonklin arrived right on time. He took my concerns seriously, and provided clear and specific answers/information.
Yonklin was super professional and got right to it. Really appreciate him pointing out a leak in my crawl space I’d never have found. Great service.
Very happy with everything overall and haven't had more issues
Quick, professional, and high quality service.
Melvin came within the time window as promised. I received a text notification just before he arrived. He quickly went about his work and reported that he found no evidence of infestation. He was courteous having put on booties to protect our carpets. High marks.
Prompt service, thorough removal in a crawl space littered with rat droppings, nest sites, torn down heating duct insulation, etc.
Professionals and responsive
Christian, Kelvin, and the Alley Cat crew did an excellent job sealing our home's crawl space and roof attic. The team was extremely professional, thorough, neat, and efficient. I would recommend Alley Cat without hesitation.
Great service!
Had a follow-up inspection with a technician. It is great to have a technician that has visited my property in the past, as he knew exactly where to go and what to look for. No issues reported and Alley Cat's preventative maintenance is working.
The technician Yonklin was very helpful, qualified, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

There has been NO rodent activity since their exclusion 2 years ago - I would definitely recommend this company. They're very very good at what they do.

Kelvin headed up a team of 3 or 4 guys and they worked for most of two days cleaning out two hillside cellar spaces and an attic crawl space, and sealing up dozens of entry points on all parts of a large 1908 three-story house. They did a fantastic job, left the inside spaces very clean, and finished both days on…
A great appointment with excellent service.

They are awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Thanks Alley Cat!
So professional! Their bid came in at about the same level as two others, but was more detailed and better explained. The company is easy to deal with, all calls are followed up with emails and texts for confirmation. The crew they sent out was excellent. Every person on our job was polite, on time, immaculate, and knowledgeable.
Thorough and extremely helpful.

Nice clean job. Good communication. Costly.
I was very pleased with this job. The superintendent arrived on time and explained everything to me after doing an inspection. The foreman and technicians also arrived on time, and accomplished a good days worth of work. I especially appreciate that they will come back soon to check for any evidence of rats and that they will provide a 3 year warranty.
Excellent service. So professional and friendly. They exterminated rodents from our attic, cleaned, sealed holes, and replaced our insulation. And they come back regularly to check traps and entrance points. Everyone was so professional but also so kind.

The team was wonderful---professional, courteous, and hard-working. They seemed so thorough---on the roof, in the crawlspace, in the attic, in every room. They also kept the house very clean, and were careful to cover their shoes, lay down brown paper to walk on, and put up plastic sheeting to protect the contents of the rooms. Highly recommended!
