I had a problem that needed addressing immediately. After an initial inspection, four or five different people called me trying to book the job two weeks out. After telling me that they understood and would book sooner - then gaslighting me for the seventh time I gave up. They need to get it together. Maybe their work is OK when they actually do it...

My crawl space was a mess! They did an incredible job. And spent a lot of time walking me through remediation steps and prevention for future issues. It was a great experience.
Jose did a followup visit trying to see where the rats are getting into our attic. He went into one of our attic spaces to inspect and clean out the traps. Sadly, there were no obvious entry points, so he put mesh and foam in an area where there were rat signs (droppings, etc). We will see what happens in the next couple of weeks.
