I've used Alley Cat twice and I think they do good work. The three-year warranty is particularly appealing. However, the second time they came over, I was a left disappointed. They gave me a fairly pricey quote, $1,900, for exclusion work. But because I had used them before, I trusted them that this was the right…
Very Cooperative and Thorough!
They did a great job of sealing the building and its crawl space. A follow-up visit found no activity.
Good company, very good personnel.
Very good, very detailed. I am happy. They came 2nd time, seal few holes missed last time. It is good team.
The level of professionalism was amazing. The team was fast, efficient and explained all the work they accomplished. They did above and beyond of what we expected.
This company and their crew is absolutely top notch the best, not only as the crew polite and takes plenty of time to explain and take pictures But they are so conscientious of the property inside and out. This is the second time I have used them and even though they are quite expensive for what they actually do.…
He did a thorough job locating the mouse entry.
Augusto was very professional and provided a detailed explanation of his process for the remediation. I would recommend Alley Cat for any rodent issues, they were fast & friendly!
Dominic was very thorough on his inspection. Everything looks good in our crawl space.
Jose did a nice job of disposing of a dead rodent and using camera to inspect vents. He identified the vent that needs to be cleaned throughly and checked all the previous sealing of under cabinets through out the entire house. He also followed up with the company in regards to the "look" of some of the patches done…
I had a problem that needed addressing immediately. After an initial inspection, four or five different people called me trying to book the job two weeks out. After telling me that they understood and would book sooner - then gaslighting me for the seventh time I gave up. They need to get it together. Maybe their work is OK when they actually do it...
Kevin manage to work to secure our home efficiently and professionally. Hopefully our house will be protected from Pests going forward.
We are so grateful for the thorough professionalism of the Alley Cat team. These guys are heroes, they did everything right. Will sleep better!!!
Hugo was great! Fixed up some gaps, cleaned up, and put out some new traps. Explained everything that he did and what the situation was.
Great end to end experience. The scheduling and quoting was very easy and straightforward. The crew was very thorough and easy to work with.
9/12/26 Update: Alley Cat took this feedback very seriously and investigated the situation, including the sales rep/inspector. After several conversations and a secondary inspection by another company, it became clear that I did not have new rodent activity. The evidence I'd been shown by Lee was old droppings left…
We've been having an on-and-off rodent problem for a few years. We've gone through three companies. A friend highly recommended Alley Cat - we've never had such thorough service. Starting with an easily scheduled inspection, to a full-day service call wherein a team of three technicians led by Arturo sealed every…
My crawl space was a mess! They did an incredible job. And spent a lot of time walking me through remediation steps and prevention for future issues. It was a great experience.
Jose did a followup visit trying to see where the rats are getting into our attic. He went into one of our attic spaces to inspect and clean out the traps. Sadly, there were no obvious entry points, so he put mesh and foam in an area where there were rat signs (droppings, etc). We will see what happens in the next couple of weeks.
All of the technicians I've worked with are knowledgeable and friendly and do excellent work. This company is very customer focused. They take the pain out of an unpleasant situation
I found Alley Cat by just looking up Rodent extermination companies and was pleased to find great reviews. I booked a free inspection and they were on time and quick with examining the space and giving estimates. I then scheduled for them to come back to do a full treatment on the 3 year warranty. I told them that…
Gerardo and his team were great
Willar explained everything they were going to do and showed me what they had done, the materials used and why. Excellent to work with!
Gerardo and his crew were very thorough , knowledgeable and professional.
No one wants rats but if you do, this company is top notch. In the initial free inspection with Miro I was shown photos of the area of infestation and a very clear explanation of the plan of action both verbally and in writing. Excellent communication. Williar was the head of a crew of 4. He was very careful,…
Rats in the home is a daunting and stressful experience, but Alley Cat Rodent Exclusion provided the confidence right away that I could beat the problem. My infestation was limited to the garage, but in all there turned out to be 14 rats in there, most of them babies. Johnny provided a careful, super informative,…
Jose, the technician was helpful. He gave us a call/text to let us know either he was still working with other client or whenever he was on his way. He also was very thorough !

Ari was our service man, great guy and really enjoyed talking with him. He knows his stuff and he really goes an extra mile to be helpful. He is a valuable asset to your company! This was a follow up service to our original job.
We had a rat invasion under our house and in our attic. Alley Cat was recommended and everything was seamless from the initial call to completion of work. I want to give extra praise to Augusto who managed the work and kept me informed. I was a little upset about the rats and his professional and friendly manner was much appreciated!
Very friendly, helpful, professional, thorough, and careful in the work he did for us.
Super thorough and friendly. Highly recommend
Williar and his crew did a wonderful job! They were mindful of my dogs and my infant daughter. It took about 2 1/2 hours for them to do the exclusion work and set the traps in and around my home. After it was all done, Williar showed me where they fixed the problem areas, where they set the traps and explained why.…
Can't rate this service highly enough. So much better than who we had before. Got rodents? Don't even think twice
Williar was great and answered all my questions and made the process go very smoothly. Great job all around
Alley cat came in and inspected my home crawl space and attic. They determined that attic was all clear, but that rats had invaded our crawl space. After inspection, a team of 4 men came to clean up rat poop and cover all access holes and set traps. They return in two weeks to check traps.
Willer and his team were really good. Explained all details to us and took care of everything that needed to be done. Great Job! Thank you!
Poor customer service Alley cat showed on Google saying they service Discovery bay, Byron area Made appointment with a lady for the following day. Carlos did a great job with customer service, we had a miscommunication in the services offered and then rendered and Carlos made sure we were satisfied to our completion.
We discovered we had a rodent issue in our crawl space. We were able to get a free inspection right away and then decided to move forward with Alley Cat. They were able to come later that week and do the job in one day. It was a lot of work and they did a great job. Very professional and a hard working crew. Their…

Our experience with Alley Cat was easy and the technicians were very knowledgeable and explained everything they needed to do. Thorough, professional
Worked the entire weekend fixing entry points, cleaning up and setting traps. Responsive to calls and nice crew.
Jose went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t continue having issues. He was super patient which I appreciated given how frustrating a rodent problem can be.
Wlliar is very amenable and extremely polite. And knows his job.
Ulises was great! We already had our home rodent proofed, so he was just checking the traps to make sure everything was going as planned. He was friendly, professional, and efficient!
I can't praise Alley Cat Pest Control highly enough for their work in mouse-proofing our house. We had a major infestation in our living quarters. The Alley Cat team, led by Arturo, descended on the house like a whirlwind. They spent 4 hours here, sealing up every gap inside and outside that would admit a mouse.…
Great service, excellent communication, customer service and follow through.
Work was done well and efficiently and they cleaned up nicely when finished. Miro was a pleasure to work with when he did initial quote. I knocked a star off for the team not introducing themselves when they showed up. Should ALWAYS identify who you are when coming onto someone's property. Otherwise communication was pretty good.
They have the tools, experience and manpower to take care of the biggest infestation jobs.
On time. Good communication.
Everyone at every stage of the process was outstanding. Inspection was timely, thorough, and professional. Sealing, cleaning, and replacing insulation was efficient, professional, and thorough. Augusto led the team and explained everything to me all along the way. Highly recommend!

Alley Cat crew did an amazing job at our place last month to clean up, secure, and set traps for our rat infestation. Luis was very professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with. He showed me what he did with camera playback. 5 stars!
Williar was prompt and personable. My neighbors needed him to go to their backyard to have access to my garage right away and he was able to talk with them and put them at ease. I hope my tenants would be happy to have a rodent free life there
Great communication—carefully identified what needed to be done and did it. At conclusion, the foreman, Anibal, reviewed their findings and their approach to address the rat ingress issue. Their photos helped us understand their observations and actions taken. We felt that the price was justified given the high…
$3K spent to continue to hear rats crawl through the walls and ceilings at night. Save your money and go with someone else. The inspector came, noted issues in both the crawlspace and the attic. Johnny did a great job - very professional and thorough.
Disgraceful: Inspector called me 45-minutes into the scheduled Free Inspection to tell me they could not come out that day and that I should not have been able to schedule online that day. Very impressed that they would not leave until they had solved the problem. Cleaned up afterwards as well. Very happy with the service and will be recommending them to all my neighbors
Luisvin was prompt, cheerful, quick, and thorough. I highly recommend Alley Cat. We have an older house in the crook of a creek, so critters abound. Alley Cat came out right away to do a rodent removal. Ata called me when he showed up to the house, removed the dead rodent and reset traps and checked the crawl space. Then Ata called me when he was done to summarize the work he did. He was very professional and nice.
