Kristian Beck cleaned our carpet. It had not been cleaned since we lived in that house, so 11 years. And we always had dogs. He did such a great job. It did not imagine it would ever bee as clean as it was when he was finished. He was very courteous and professional as well.

There is portable carpet cleaning equipment available. Instead of using it, they brought a machine with a long hose on a truck. The noise from the truck irritated my neighbors. Their right to run a business cleaning carpets does not entitle them to hassle people who aren't their customers.

I've been using Alpine carpet cleaning for 20 years. Recently added their air duct and tile/grout cleaning. I'm very happy with the results. Both Elizabeth and Sebastian know what they are doing and are good communicators. Every tech who has taken care of my house has been courteous and capable.
