They did a fine job. This was probably the fifth or sixth time I’d used them. I kept it simple for them by already having the furniture moved, as needed. I filled out the quote form Tuesday around 6:30 PM and immediately got a friendly text letting me know they were closed for the evening but would follow…
There is portable carpet cleaning equipment available. Instead of using it, they brought a machine with a long hose on a truck. The noise from the truck irritated my neighbors. Their right to run a business cleaning carpets does not entitle them to hassle people who aren't their customers.

This would be my first time using Alpine. But after reading their google reviews I decided to give the company a try and have them carpet clean the entire house. I was not disappointed. We are happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. Company was easy to work with getting scheduled at a day and time convenient for us. Caleb did a great job and was very professional. We will use them again.
Nico is the man! The day did not start off well. The information we were given prior to scheduling alpine was inconsistent with what we got. Mainly we felt that the "included furniture moving" that we were told was not actually including all furniture. Only small chairs and such. We felt that this was misleading. I…

Wonderful experience! Alpine responded right away to schedule and the technician was very experienced, professional and friendly. The carpets look great and the cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. This is our second time hiring Alpine and we would again! Would highly recommend!
They did another great job with our carpet and got out all of our cat puke spots too. Their timeliness within the allotted time was much appreciated too.
I’m very satisfied with the service, Chase did an amazing job was kind and helpful
Very efficient an punctuate. He wasn't able to do the dryer vent cleaning as we have a flexible tube for pur dryer vent. I wish the scheduler would have clarified that as that was the main reason we called for service.

I’m so impressed! Chase spent 5 hours deep steam cleaning our carpets and furniture. It feels like a new house and it smells amazing. Nico was prompt, efficient, and explained everything in detail! My carpets look so much better. I will definitely use them again
To be honest, I haven’t had our carpets cleaned in over two years so I wanted a thorough cleaning done. Chase did what I wanted and the carpets look nice. My only issue was the price of the thorough cleaning was a bit steep for a two bedroom apartment with a den.
Sean was very friendly. For a very reasonable price he did a great work on the property, he was able to get 3floors done in a very short time, removing all the deepest spots, the carpet look like new! I would definitely recommend Alpine services !

We have used Alpine Specialty Services numerous times. Always excellent communications, on-time, and they do a good job. PSA - I didn't realize they will move couches, chairs & loveseats so we had moved them ourselves prior to their arrival. Next time, we can have them do it. Definitely recommend Alpine.
Originally met with Elijah, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what I needed done and set it up. The two technicans - Chad and Enrique, worked very hard and did a wonderful job cleaning our upholstery and rug. Our off-white upholstered furniture are no longer yellow but are again off-white. Jesus was very nice and looks like he did a great job my only complaint is I didn’t get any calls that he was running late and was scheduled for 8-9 am didn’t show up till 10:30 .
Very happy with the carpet cleaning .
Originally I gave Alpine Services only a 2 star review (see initial review below) but I am happy to change it now to a 5 star review. The gentleman did an excellent job all the way through the process. Very professional, great customer service, and was very aware of my needs and expectations. The entire carpeting came out great - my 7.5 year old carpets look brand new! The stairway looked especially sparkling!

Chase arrived promptly for our appointment. Carpets look great and some stubborn stains are gone. Will definitely use Alpine again-thanks Chase!
