There is portable carpet cleaning equipment available. Instead of using it, they brought a machine with a long hose on a truck. The noise from the truck irritated my neighbors. Their right to run a business cleaning carpets does not entitle them to hassle people who aren't their customers.

To be honest, I haven’t had our carpets cleaned in over two years so I wanted a thorough cleaning done. Chase did what I wanted and the carpets look nice. My only issue was the price of the thorough cleaning was a bit steep for a two bedroom apartment with a den.
